A wedding day that wasn't over the top with stressful plannimg.They changed coordinators on us multiple times and towards the end the coordinator would not respond to my messages. We picked a day that was very busy so it did feel very rushed. We went through the tux rental which was not what we expected. But, the makeup and hair through 702 did an excellent job. Very happy with their services. Overall it was easy planning and convenient for an all in one package. Drivers were on time and made sure time schedule was top priority. As soon as we were married the chap who conducted the ceremony was asking us to pay him $80 then went & got it off my 17 year old daughter. It was so easy to book the wedding pick the package and add any additional things needed. We had the best planner Debbie and she called when there were questions of us an also gave us suggestions. We had a telephone meeting to go over everything to make sure we understood what we needed to do and make sure the planner had everything we wanted. She was great to work with and always answered when I called about questions. She sent emails at different stages to help us complete the things we needed to do on our task list. We were guided through out the process. We were given several verbal and written instructions on what was expected the day of the wedding and what we needed to bring to the ceremony. Everything went perfectly... the limo that came was a huge stretch and it was fabulous. The driver Kevin was the best!!! He was our drive to and from the venue. The Reverend Maria that preformed the ceremony was excellent. She made it extra special and we thank her for that. The photographers were very good they did a great job. We eloped and it was just the two of us so we opted to go out to eat after and that was an add on to our package. The Brazilian steak house that we went to was supreme and we were treated like royalty our desert came out on a huge plater with congratulations written on it in chocolate. The meal was delicious. Our experience with the Chapel of the Flowers was unbelievable the ceremony and the royalty treatment all through out was above our expectations. We highly recommend this venue they will not disappoint. Thank you everyone at the Chapel of the Flowers for making our wedding a breathtaking and beautiful. Booked and paid for the full wedding including reception, emailed over three weeks ago to request a cancellation and full refund due to COVID-19 and well within my contracted term.
I have emailed multi times with the standard response it is being refunded.
But yet I still wait. No manager will call or email even though I ask multi times.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this service is becoming disappointing to say the least.
Hoping someone at the chapel reads this and actually refund my money!

I managed to make several calls to be able to coordinate the pick-up of the bride by myself for makeup and hair, call again to coordinate the pick-up at the hotel, call again to confirm the restaurant, and pick up the limousine after the ceremony….
The limousine had a broken air conditioner and the ambient temperature was 90 , we arrived at the ceremony sweaty and the bride with her hair messed up, the photographer had no posing courtesy, she acted like paparazzi, the wedding planner never showed up,
The ministry approached us and his first sentence was “they told you that I charge $70.00 for the ceremony, you can pay with cash, credit card, or wire transfer”.
Near the end of the ceremony the cameraman video arrived and was able to record 1min 25sec, which was then sent via wetransfer to me in an edited video with images of the Chapel and the fleet of limousines and everything they found to fill in.
At the end of the ceremony, they took us to an office where the ministry appeared again with the credit card reader ready and asked for the form of payment and optional additional tips.
Then we were taken to another office to give us the documents and 3 envelopes to put the tips.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and provide us with feedback. The minister fees are not included in any package and this information is disclosed in the signed contracts which you signed on July 27, 2022 at 2:40 PM. Your ceremony was hosted at the outdoor Gazebo, our one on-site venue that does not include video footage due to our inability to host live streaming video cameras outside. We understand that you are not pleased with the footage provided, however your ceremony started a few minutes early and the video was completed as a complementary service. Want a good priced, stress-free wedding? Then use chapel of the flowers. It was easy to work with everyone from the chapel from the coordinator and wedding planner to minister and photographer. I paid to have my hair and makeup done. I did feel like that was rushed although my hair looked good I had pictures of what I wanted and the hairstylist did he own verison. I asked for light make up and showed him a picture but he didn't really look at the details. He ended up quickly finished everything nicely in about 45 mins but I had to have a friend fix me up a little more when I went back to my hotel. I felt like everything was a little rush because we were on a time crunch but it was still enjoyable. My husband's limo overheated and they had to send for another one so that definitely played into the feeling of being rushed. We had our ceremony in the glass garden which was beautiful, however, they didn't have the setting that I originally asked for. If they would have let me look inside the room before I would have noticed the details. Minister Moren is amazing and she made the ceremony. She knew was she was doing and she made really easy for my husband and I to love the whole thing. We had purchased two limos that we were told would bring us "round trip" but we were informed a few days before the wedding that we would have to find a way back from the restaurant where we had our reception. We chose the Brazilian steakhouse option for the reception which was Fogo de Chao. We loved the food but we were told at the restaurant that our package did not include 5 of the better meats. We should be given the option of having the full experience.

Richell, We are happy to hear planning was easy, and you enjoyed working with our staff. We do look into all reviews left by couples to improve our customer experience. We love Summer weddings, but weddings in the Summer can be challenging with temperatures in the 100s. One of those challenges is keeping our limousines cool, and due to this, they overheat in the Summer months. Unfortunately, you had to experience one of our Summer challenges and were glad that we had a back-up limousine ready to pick you up. We do apologize if you felt rushed after this limo mishap. Your “round-trip” limousine is for pick-up and drop-off, and we apologize if we didn’t explain sooner that the limousine drop-off was for your reception and not back to the hotel afterward. We try to be as transparent as possible by listing our limousine policies, product offerings, and reception menus on our website. During the planning process, we do give you the opportunity to review the reception menus online and pick the menu that offers what you want for your reception dinner. We will look into how our planners are communicating this information to ensure our future couples are picking a menu that fits their needs. As for the Chapel setting, our coordinator should have gone over the setting once you arrived. We are sorry if this didn’t happen during your check-in. We will follow-up with the coordinating team to make sure they aren't skipping any steps during the check-in process to avoid this from happening again. Finally, we wanted to address your experience with the hair and make-up staff. We do use an outside company for hair and make-up, and will let them know your feedback so they can address their staff. Thank you again for choosing us for your special day, and wish you many years of love, health, and happiness!

Our experience with the chapel and all the staff was incredible! They did everything just like we asked, from the limo ride to the chapel, all the way to the ride back. Our ceremony was small and intimate, just the two of us, but family and friends were able to watch online. The chapel was beautiful, the photographer great, the planner and officiant very personable and helpful. Even our video they made for us turned out exceptional. Maybe in 10 years we can go back for a vow renewal.

I would definitely recommend Chapel of the Flowers for anyone wanting to renew your wedding vows with a small crowd. Not sure I would want to do it as my actual wedding unless that is your "thing".
The actual day went well, picked up for beautician appointment, then to the Chapel in a limo, and was a special day with our two children. The staff onsite were great and the photographer Paul was fabulous.
A couple of negatives was the communication beforehand. As someone who likes to be planned and organised, the sheer volume of weddings they do and the low staffing numbers make it difficult to communicate with the planners and the one you get on the day (who was great) aren't necessarily the one you would be speaking to in the lead up. If it were my actual wedding, the very slow communication would be a sticking point for me and a make or break.
The other negative would be the photo packages. It would be nice for the prices to be upfront, so you can make decisions on what packages to get. Being international, the conversion rates made the packages unaffordable. And it feels a bit like scare tactics when you go to view the images that you don't own the right to your own image.
Overall the experience though was amazing.

- We had a good experience on the day of our simple wedding here.
Cons:
- The whole thing with the photos was confusing and felt like a car dealership upsell; left a bad taste in my mouth. Due to some communication issues and unclear emails, it took 6 months to actually get our basic photos. They clearly want to sell you their very expensive photo packages, and if your needs are simpler, they have nothing for you. You don't even get the image files or un-watermarked files for the few photos that you choose.

From the advisor and coordinator to the Minister, the people here are amazing. Calmed the nerves before our wedding. And had everything planned out before arriving in Las Vegas. When returning to get the photos ( only 1 day later) the staff was all very cheerful and helpful. I can not say how much I appreciate all of the people involved, from start to finish. The Glass Garden chapel was the most beautiful place I had found in my search for chapels, and can hold a large crowd.

Do not book here unless you are 100% sure a pandemic wont happen and you'll need to cancel. I am STILL trying to get my refund from 2020. I live in Canada and there is no way I could have attended my wedding. This is completely unacceptable and distasteful as a business !! I had been emailing my Coordinator and getting responses that it takes time, blah blah, were doing more refunds then usual. Then she just stops replying and eventually I find out she doesn't even work there anymore. A year and a half later since I made the payment still waiting! All I get is them saying they will look into it and not helping me at all. If you are smart you would book elsewhere. I have given them plenty of time to refund me now I am just pissed off.

We attended a wedding at this location. It was 117* so the location created a tent to wait in. There is very little space inside to wait prior to the wedding. There are so many weddings back to back that you are ushered out of the building quickly so the next wedding can happen. We had family members that tried to watch via an internet link but it did not work very well. Due to the heat, we were sent to a tent outside with a fan. Nice thought but not very comfortable.

Can someone tell me how gay marriages are recieved at this venue? I did a search of the 4000 + posted reviews and there is only ONE gay mention back in 2015.

Thinking of booking the Gazebo for our wedding in 2022. Could anyone tell me if the layout has now changed to make it more private? I can see there is now an access gate and fencing to 2 of the sides, but are all 4 sides fenced in? I attended a wedding here last year but this was in the Victorian chapel, which was beautiful! All sides of the Gazebo area has walls. We renovated this about 2 years ago to enclose the area to make it more private and available all times of the day.

You secure your wedding licence when you get to Vegas from the County Clerk Courhouse, Then give this to the chapple on the day of your ceremony. It is a fully legal service and binding when you get back to your home country.

Our planners are happy to answer any questions that you may have and we are very transparent about prices and what is included in your package. We don't include tips in the packages because we leave that up to your discretion what you want to pay the photographer and limo drivers. Tips are a wedding standard in the U.S. Our planners can put pre-paid tips into your plan so you don't have to worry about carrying money on your wedding day. Watermarks on photos? Can anyone advise how big/noticeable these are, or send over an example of your own with the watermark on for us to view? Thanks

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. The very best to you and all life has to offer.
My grandson (whose wedding it was) ordered the pictures. It was my understanding the pictures would not have the noticeable watermark on them. The wedding was beautiful and so were the photos.

Can anyone explain the process after with the marriage certificate? We are flying back to the UK, and the chapel are offering getting a copy 24 hours after for a $75. Can we request it cheaper, once we’re back home?

Ho, I got married in Aprim at the chapel of flowers. I paid the $75 to have the marriage certificate to take home. If you dont want that option they post it out for you for either alot less money or its either free with your package but they do gove you a "fake" copy on the day for photos etc. You can order as many copies as you like from the county clerk office for $15 after you are married
