Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We arrived early on a Sunday and were able to get in our room right away. Rooms are dated but were clean. No problem getting served drinks on the floor by the cocktail waitresses as other casinos on Fremont were less accommodating. Dinner at Magnolia's was wonderful. We had a group of 6 one afternoon and wanted to just visit together so we went to the Cigar Lounge who promptly sat us at a large table (hard to find during Covid). We ordered pizza & drinks and enjoyed the visit with our Vegas friends. All in all, 4 Queens is doing a very good job servicing their customers during this unprecedented time. We will definitely go back again (hopefully when we don't have to wear masks any longer) We enjoyed our stay and it was nice to have some sense of being normal again for awhile.

We used to stay at mlife properties/ Bellagio/ MGM/ Mirage. We found the gambling to be better and liked the staff much better at 4 Queens. Paul Klocke is absolutely awesome to work with on room reservations/ comps/ or any questions I have. The rooms are nice and spacious. You can use the fridge in these rooms/ not full of over priced liquor. It’s overall more accommodating to our needs and won’t ever stay on the strip again. Hugo’s Cellar is on-site and is excellent! Pit bosses are polite and very personable, they remembered me and my wife’s name the second trip we came back. We have a way better experience staying at 4Q vs staying on the strip

For me the big attraction to getting dinner in Vegas is the prime rib specials in downtown vegas. Here if you have a players card there is a discount at the magnolia veranda on their prime rib. Other then that I had been wandering the downtown casinos on Halloween looking for lower table limits. The only places I found with $5 tables were here and binions as far as blackjack goes and they were advertising 3 to 2 on 21

We stayed at the 4 Queens last week and the experience was not great. We had a Great Time because we made it a great time. We stayed in room 1220. AVOID that room. Actually avoid all the odd number rooms in the North tower if you want any sleep. We stayed up late into the mornings most nights anyway but it was so loud on that side sleep was impossible. The room did come with complimentary earplugs which should have been our first sign. Aside from the noise we did not have hot water all week. It was terrible. Our mistake was not complaining while we were there but we are not usually those people. We dealt with it and we had family across the hall that had super hot water. The Hotel is old and we didn't expect it to be 5 star quality. I was upset that there was NO POOL. They advertise a pool. Please note the pool they claim is actually across the street at Binions. Same owner so they tell you to go there. Who wants to do that? The worst part of the entire Hotel experience is the pot smell. Every time the AC unit turned on all you could smell was pot. You could not get away from it which kind of sucked for those of us that do not partake. No smoking should mean no smoking anything. People should be more considerate of others. The pot smoking was the worst its ever been on Fremont Street. Like I said we did not complain while we were there. We didn't want to spend time dealing with it. All staff that we interacted with were very nice and for the most part the Hotel was clean. We ate at Magnolia's a few times and the food was good and reasonable. So if you are expecting to party all night, enjoy cold showers, and you don't mind the pot smell then your experience will be much different then ours.

no matter where we stay, we always wind up back at four queens in fremont. our favorite dealer was Alicia who constantly cracked us up and made losing money worth the entertainment from her. it seems like gamblers on the strip seem more serious or have a sense of urgency. when we come to freomnt, its a completely different atmosphere. we'll be back to see alicia!

We just recently visited the Four Queens, and again had a very good time. We stayed on the south tower 19th floor facing 3rd street. Even that high up we could still hear the band. The only thing I would recommend is that the hotel provide a room service menu in the room. Overall the room was neat & clean.

Stopped for a few hours as we passed through LV. Parking was easy enough to find and wasn't terribly expensive. Found a few video poker machines, settled in and had some fun. Won some money before we had to go. Every other seat/machine was closed in this age of covid. Drink service was frequent and fast. Smoke was not noticeable and the place was clean, including the restrooms. Still a good place to visit. Not fancy like those on the Strip but a lot more fun. Worth the visit.

We have been there many times. We have enjoyed it a lot! HOWEVER! A new Boss came in & on the Weekends upped the price on PaiGow Poker from $15.00 to $25.00! No Thank You! We went & played at the Excalibur for the same price on the STRIP! Didn't need to catch a ride ($) to Freemont St. Less noisy & at the same price!

Well, first thing is first, the picture on the website of the room is BS!! I think the first room they gave us had not been unlocked for at least 10 years!!! Old, stinky and the dust in the room was disgusting!! Oh, lets not forget about the hair all over the bathroom. I complained, they put us in another room, which was about 1% better than the other one. People at the desk were rude and just didn't care.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that upon your complaint we attempted to fix the problem. Typically people enjoy our wonderful staff so it is disappointing you found them uncaring or unsympathetic. We wish you the best.

Where to start, the room was filthy!! I specifically asked for a quiet room, and they put me in a super loud room!! The beds felt like sleeping on the ground. The TV didn't work well. The hot and cold water didn't work, it was just a single temperature!! The machines have to worst payout I have ever experienced. Went to a horrible show, and ate a horrible meal. Booked 2 nights, but decided we needed to leave after 1 horrible night. Went back to the strip. I have been coming to 4 queens for years. I will never step foot in the property again. I advice everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Their South Tower is the one away from the noise of the Fremont Experience correct? And if so are the rooms quiet or can you still hear some of the street noise?

Hi, can anyone tell me if there is a hair salon at the Four Queens or very nearby? I am getting married & staying here in Feb. Thanks

I was just there 2 weeks ago and I'm pretty sure that they don't have a hair salon.

Four queens does not have a buffet. Many other places do. Sometimes you get a free buffet for playing. But if you're not playing they're usually anywhere between $12-20 and many are open late!
Hope this helps!
