very nice off strip casino

It's definitely a nice largish casino. It's well maintained and clean, and the staff is nice. A decent mix of machines, and certainly less tourists!

this is an old style casino but not in fremont st., runs east/west of strip. Old and old fashioned, but workers friendly and was clean, not very large. Join players club and get free key chain and other perks. I was lucky on the Monopoly game. Has restaurants and theatre inside. Easy access from parking lot and nice to get... More

What a gem, we decided to show up early for the Rat Pac Returns show and eat at the Tuscany. What a fabulous experience, a trow back to the glamour days of Vegas but for all the right reasons.

We saw the Tuscany Hotel and Casino from the airport cab taking us to our hotel. It was only a mile or so from our hotel so we decided to walk down for the afternoon. It was a wonderful casino! Quiet, the staff was so nice, and the slots were fun to play. We had comp points so we ate... More

If you are looking for a nice hotel away from the crowds and noise of the strip then this is the place for you. The rooms are spacious, clean and affordable. The casino needs some updating. I have been coming here for 10 years and it has not changed a bit. The slot machines are almost antiques. They have table... More

Actually 2.5 stars. I have been here a half dozen times to gamble. Ate dinner there once. Never stayed in the hotel. It's one of those places that leaves you feeling "meh". Doubtful I will go back again. I've given it plenty of chances to wow me but it's a boring place to play. Their selection of games is not... More

We enjoyed the casino early in the day when there was less smoke. and found that mostly it was slot machines. It is a smaller, more intimate casino. However, we didn't have alot of luck there.

I stayed at the Tuscany suites this weekend with my mother for a son and mom trip. The hotel was nice but Ernie R. the casino manager during the late night shift (5am) was extremely rude and disrespectful. A group of five of us was up late gambling(since the casino is supposedly 24 hours) and as the night rolled on... More

You can sit in this place for hours and have lots of fun. The drinks are cheap and it seems to cater more to locals. Stayed at the hotel for a week and been to casino a few times. Never really busy hence the crap tables didn't open until 7PM.
