We made an appointment, and there were no customers there when we arrived. But we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to give us out massages. I feel like I got ran over by a steam roller and my back some huge bruise. I have never grimaced in pain during a massage before this one. I generally like it when they get deep in the muscle tissue. However, we were asked to sit on an ottoman while we got our shoulders rubbed. This killed my lower back. Also, most of the massage involved pressure into my bones rather than my muscles. They spoke so little English it was dangerous. The lady kept trying to pull my arm up and I was trying to tell her my shoulder was bad. After the third time of saying it and pulling my arm away, she Finally got the picture. Not without hurting me first, tho. The chairs were comfortable, but we spent half the massage on the ottoman. The foot rub was sufficient but not nearly long enough. I would have preferred more time on that and less time mutilating my spine. I won't be going back.
