A popular casino

A popular casino, with adequate free parking out front. A variety of food options. Service quality varies throughout the large facility.

I've been visiting The Orleans since the day it opened and by far was my favorite casino but what they've done to their casino is terrible. Just like the strip they took tons of video poker off the floor and replaced them with those money sucking penny machines and those multi play video poker games you have to play at... More

We came here two years ago on our yearly business trip to Las Vegas. Non existent bar service at roulette table and no personality from dealers . We came back this year since it is a Boyd property. Once again non existent service at roulette table and uninterested dealers. The only redeeming quality is Armen at the Crawfish bar. He... More

The Orleans casino is a pretty standard casino that you could find anywhere else in the country. Everything is very dated, used, and dull. This place could definitely use some refreshments. Overall, the gaming and service is good. If you're looking for a nice casino to give you the Las Vegas experience, this is not the place. However, if you're... More

My husband and I are long time card carrying MGM properties fans, but on our recent trip I really fell in love with The Orleans. The Casino Floor is roomy and the Service was in all aspects excellent. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and several small shops that keep you from ever needing to leave the property.... More

Just got back from New Years Eve at the Orleans. And the slots paid really well the whole weekend. Good selection and not overly crowded. I played a $10 single deck blackjack table on the morning of NYE! The odds are better at the sports bet than the strip too! Went over to the Venetian and gave away some money... More

Went here to see Leanne Rhimes in concert ( boring show). The casino and property is huge , with a large casino, showroom, meeting rooms, restaurants, bowling alley, movie theaters, and convention center. Really large. Like the cute mardi gras theme, but the clientele besides the lovely hawaiians were a little skanky and questionable , especially the pimp style guys... More

Went to the New Orleans for breakfast and it was very good. In taking in the Casino, it was not very busy and very quiet. This Casino is one of the older casinos on Tropicana, not on the Strip, so it may not get as much traffic as the sexier casinos on the Strip. It was enjoyable and if you... More

Hotel and casino are HUGE. Numerous restaurants, a bowling alley and movie theatre. Dealers, servers, and all staff are friendly and attentive. The room was fine. Not the best but O.K. Tub drained slow, but did have a bowed shower curtain which gives a little more room in there. Lighting is very low, and hard to adjust your eyes too,... More

Visited The Orleans casino twice while in town. I like that the casino is more casual than the casinos on the strip. Definitely felt that the payouts on slots were better. Spent the afternoon and had lunch at one of the restaurants. Cocktail servers were attentive and the agents at the "b connected" desk were friendly and efficient in getting... More
