I was gambling at the black jack table during the 2 hours before the Jennifer Lopez concert on a Saturday night and received terrible cocktail waitress service - in those 2 hours I only received 2 drinks! I know I'm going to lose gambling, I...More

Planet Hollywood is clean and has a fancy look. Downside is the slots are tight and most don't allow you to play long enough for the cocktail waitress to return with your drinks. It's a nice place with a good location. A must see, just...More

Planet Hollywood still has free parking, lot is very busy. Long walk around miracle mile arcade to get to casino. Lots of shops and restaurants. Large casino area and nice restaurants on second level.

Disappointed that they charge for valet parking. If you don't use valet the parking is very inconvenient 90% of casinos do not charge for valet when you gamble. It definitely would way my decision on which casino to visit

Planet Hollywood is an average casino that is now charging for parking if you go to gamble or even stay at the hotel. Makes you want to avoid this place. There were plenty of tables to play but few people playing. No excitement.
