Appointment, check-in and tour was handled by Crystal, who was very welcoming and nice. Went for a manicure-pedicure. Spa services are included, so I had a shower, shave and steam bath! Water and tea also complimentary. Mani-pedi with Vitalina was excellent. She took her time, was very careful and thorough-and my toenails were a mess from running. Vita was delightful too, very interesting and charming. …

Lovely Off-Strip Spa
I really enjoyed my time at the Well Spa. The receptionist (also my massage therapist) was kind and professional. She showed me where everything was right away and gave me some time to relax in the relaxation room with semi private pods. The music and ambiance was just that, relaxing. The hot stone massage was amazing! The 50 minute massage felt like 90. I wish I had gotten more services. Will definitely consider returning if I’m ever in the area again. Nice quiet spa just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip.…

Massage Not The Best Ever, Not The Worst
As far as a "spa" is concerned, this was pretty average. First impressions: no parking whatsoever except valet parking. The hotel and hotel grounds were nothing fantastic. The spa waiting room had nice quiet lounge chairs, blankets, and various snacks. The locker rooms have a steam bath, showers, and lockers -- again nothing big and luxurious. As to the quality and enjoyment of the massage, it was average. I requested extra time on my feet, but didn't really get it. One plus is that you get to use the hotel pool if you'd like.…

Had a fantastic visit at the spa, which is off the beaten track at The Platinum Hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs and preferences.
