Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were not at all impressed with this place. I would be extremely disappointed if we had paid to get in. Look for club promoters on the strip to get your name on a guest list if you want to check this place out. We stayed for a few minutes and walked right back out. It’s tiny inside and not worth the cover or cost of drinks or the four flights of stairs you have to climb once inside. Don’t waste your time.

We went to see TYGA on Friday 19th May and decided to book a table for $1,000 which I wasn’t happy about because it’s stupidly expensive but thought YOLO. We were looked after by a chap called Derek. Despite the initial scepticism I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Service was excellent and the venue was a really good place to party with friends. The drinks were really expensive but that is the case in all nightclubs in vegas. We had a great time and would recommend this club to anyone. I’d recommend arriving at around 23:00 to provide lots of time to drink and soak up the atmosphere. Well done Derek and team.

Went to that glamour club to see Steve Aoki, show was announced to start at 10 pm but even past midnight we were still waiting for him to stop partying with the groupies in the back while enduring a no-name DJ. This place is cool although disappointing. A club for the rich, the heir and the show-off with money to burn on $1k bottles. A bad joke ans a waste of time! Next time inform guests of REAL start time!

Overall, the atmosphere is cool. However, the number of rules are ridiculous. You can’t move to and from the dance floor. Once you leave to go to the bathroom, grab a drink etc. you’ve lost your spot. The security guards will not let you back on to the dance floor. So you’ll have to stand in the surrounding area. Which still has good views of the stage, but isn’t the dance floor. The costs of the drinks are daylight robbery (or should I say nighttime). One drink was $29, this is the most I’ve ever spent on a drink in my entire life. I highly recommend pregaming then coming to then club. The number of rules, restrictions and the costs of drinks are the reason I give this a poor rating.

They charged us 60 dollars per person for the 2 hours they were open and only one level was open. The music was slow and the DJ, Justin Credible, kept interrupting the music to request we make noise and to remind us that people in fact are having birthdays in the crowd. It’s every bad thing I ever thought about clubs come to life. I feel ripped off.

Me and my partner went to Hakkasan Nightclub again as we visited on our previous holiday to Las Vegas. Both times we've visited its been extremely busy but we still enjoyed our nights.

The prices of drinks are very overpriced - we were paying $45 for 2 vodkas but this is understandable being a big nightclub in Las Vegas. So just make sure you drink before you go.

Vegas clubs are typically known for having bad service but Hakkasan has set a new low! Of all the times I’ve been, I’ve never encountered friendly staff. The Guest List girls outside the club are not inviting & look you up & down. Last night, there was a blonde girl waving people in, in a manner as if they were dumb.. The bar staff is horrendous. One of the promoters had given me drink tickets inside, when I got a drink & gave the ticket, the bartender saw it and got mad, and threw a cup on the floor, and slid me the drink. To top it off, on the dance floor, a security guard with long hair in a messy bun, stepped on me -when I said “excuse me” he came back and said “I don’t say excuse me” so I said, you should if you work here, then he flipped me off!!!!!! I see Hakkasan has 0 service requirements for service when they hire. On the way out I shared with another staff about how the last security ruined my night. He said, they don’t like to babysit. Well maybe they shouldn’t be working security then especially in a club. The staff overall is supposed to contribute to a memorable, fun experience.. but are the ones responsible for creating the opposite.

If you love to dance like I do, DO NOT go here. The massive crowd simply sways slightly and occasionally raises their hands to the boppin’ electronic beats. there is no real dancing going on and the crowded dance floor won’t allow for it. there’s cigarette smoke hanging in the air everywhere and it’s disgusting.

i’ve had better dance experiences in The Balcony Club in Boise. yes, there’s better dancing in Idaho.

dancers. Beware! You will not be able to express yourself at all on this dance floor.

if you want to stand on the dance floor with your friends chatting and just moving around slightly then this is the dumb ass place for you.

This was a sick joke of a night out, save your time and money and find literally anything else to do. The headliner didn’t come out until 4 hours into the event and the lines are outrageous while they pack you in like sheep. If you don’t buy a table you are in for a nightmare. Get into the pit and you can’t leave or you’ll never get back in. Yuck.

Arrived at 10.45ish and there was a long queue to get in. Waited about 15 minutes before we approached security for them to tell my boyfriend that shorts were not allowed and to get changed. Fine, we didn't read the dress code clearly but there was a million nicer ways than just saying "shorts not allowed, go get changed and come back." Anyway, as we were staying at MGM Grand, we popped upstairs, he put on jeans and we went back down. We waited again, about 20 minutes this time. The same security came and checked our IDs and then we got a stamp. We moved forward and a different security picked out my boyfriend and said he wasn't allowed in because he had a patterned shirt (it had a collar so that wasnt the issue)!!! Yet, we looked around at the other people in the front of the que - guess what?! We seen SO MANY patterned shirts. Strange thing is, before the club opened, around 8pm we approached a guy who works at Hakkasan just to clarify if our shoes were approproate. He said our shoes were fine and we had a small conversation about the shirt my boyfriend had just bought and he said that he's "gonna look so lit!" So we left and went to Omina Nightclub in Caesars because Martin Garrix was there. Everyone at Omina was so pleasant, please and thank yous go a long way. Would NEVER go to Hakkasan.

I personally think that they didn't want couples in as it was only my boyfriend and I or there was already too many boys to girls ratio.
