Modernize the inside so it looks more "classy" It needs to be updated like the newer casinos The casino seems too crowded with machine all over the place. Fix it into sections, A area for regular casino players who wish to only play certain machines.,

Lack of comps was not appealing. I would habe appreciated something for the 1000 dollars I spent on the tables that night but I was told that nothing had actually registered when I brought my card to the players club. Really unfortunate that you guys...More

I liked the casino and food options but not the way I was treated at check-in. I am a 7 Stars Member and I felt like I was being treated as a Gold Member upon check-in. I would recommend the hotel for gaming and the...More

Visited the place twice over the weekend ( once in the afternoon and once at night). The place is average as far as games diversity, however; too much trash on top of machines (empty bottles, dirty napkins).

Visiting here I could instantly tell it was a Harrahs property. Kind of outdated. Nothing fancy. Lots of game tables though

Just arrived in Vegas with my Harrah's card from the properties in Council Bluffs, IA. I was told that my rewards wouldn't work in Vegas so no free play as I was promised in IA. Other than that the casino is decent, no better or...More

The place is worn out...period. Do I need to say more...it is located to be a bigger event but fails. The bars have old fellows who won't talk to you unless they know you, the people working the floor find it hard to bring you...More

It is a beautiful facility. Not fun slots. Seem to be out of date, however didn't have the fun outdated ones. Needs to have friendly dealers that speak better english and smile more. the dealers seemed mad and in a hurry to fishish their session.

If I could give their employee a minus 5 I would. My friend and I went to speak to a casino host we unfortunately got her. We both had spent/lost well over $1200 by that time. She didn’t even look at my card. I said...More

I did not stay at this resort but have gambled there and eaten at there restaurants. The casino and resort are clean. The staff and dealers are friendly. The table games and slots are plentiful and on par with most casinos in Las Vegas.

Yes Monorail is Scooter friendly. Harrah's is not close enough to the monorail for you to scooter over to. You could take surface streets to Bally's and catch the monorail there.
