Got served pizza and asked for parmesan, received hot peppers and parmesan. I'm allergic to red peppers. I told the lady that served us she said you should have read the packets. Why are the packets together? If they're not, why didn't the employees make CERTAIN you ONLY got the packets you asked for. wjats the purpose of asking for anything whatsoever, why don't I just expect a surprise.. why bother even asking for parmesan at all hey? They clearly don't care. Talk about legal liability. Then I asked for the manager of Ellis, a Drew, some pseudo manager,, he only listened to us, appeared NOT to care. It's like buying a size 10 shoe and they give u an 8 at checkout, or like asking for tampons and they give you cough drops. No due diligence or care for peopes' safety. Don't waste your time! This pseudo manager Drew didn't care whatsoever. A HUGE legal liability. Also, their hallways now totally smells like pot. Officials/government employees do NOT stay here. Two years ago, a much different setting. Now it's unworthy. DON'T waste your money at Ellis especially with this pseudo Drew manager who didn't care. This pseudo manager Drew's reaction was pretty sad compared to any managent we've ever dealt with. He didn't even walk us over to the pizza place to discuss. I only went to the Cafe for the $6.99 steak and eggs special and it was excellent. I would go back to gamble also...sometime in the future. I recently read somewhere that gambles have been winning jackpots there.

Great food, have been eating there for years. I recommend the fish andd chips or prime rib. My wife likes the chicken fried steak. Lots of food and great prices.

I have been traveling to Vegas since the mid 1960's on average about twice a year. My recent experience with this property is by far the very worse, that which warrants my expressing it in this forum. Upon check-in 3 February 2021 the information provided by Desk Clerk did NOT comport with the information which was my rationale for considering this property when booking a reservation. . Upon attempt to cancel was advised that could NOT occur except through contact with Booking.Com. While still in the lobby. I immediately called Booking.Com. who advised cancellation had to be done at Check-In Desk but they would make effort to cancel. Via either phone or email Booking.Com attempted to effect cancellation, but this property did NOT accept/comply and continues to make an effort to collect a fee additional fees beyond the initial deposit paid. Sadly disappointed with ever considering this property. Conversely, I highly recommend Tuscany Suites which has always been a joy..…
