Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our second time to this saloon. Don't let the look of the buildings put you off.

One can sit inside the bar that offers slots or at a few tables. Pool table and very good music. Drinks are very reasonable and they also offer pizza.

Or, you can sit outside at one the many picnic tables. Some offer shade, some do not.
We have been lucky both visits that a band was playing...weekends from 12-4, I was told. In the back, there is Maria's Taco Shop where you can oder many different items and take anywhere you want to sit. I have included a pic with the current food offerings and their new prices(5/24). We tried the cheesburger(just okay) and the cheese enchiladas(excellent). All served in a syrofoam container with plastic untensils. Some of the food is on the high side, for where you are.

A mix of patrons gives the place a great feel. Most folks have a drink or two and move on. They offer a pig roast once a month for about $26.00 with 1 included drink or $36.00 with 3 included drinks. I think we will give it a whirl next month :)

No outside drinks or food permitted. Large parking lot. All good.

Please give me a Heads Up vote if my review has been helpful to you or yours. Aloha.

The chips and salsa and Carnita burrito were unbelievable! I’m a green sauce guy and loved the green sauce, but the red sauce was incredible as well. Very cool place

Went there with a group of friends and they were supposed to open at 10:00 am. The bartender opened the door 15 minutes late which was not a big issue but it was cold outside and we were on off road vehicles. She was friendly but a little overwhelmed with the drink orders as there were quite a few of us but not here fault. The place has some history to it so look around and enjoy.

My husband & I decided to take a drive to Mountain Springs as we haven't been there for over 20 years. It's a very old historical saloon, hardly room to breathe or sit, but very hospitable. The weather was gorgeous & a band was playing outside & they were fantastic. We decided to order lunch & had the ribs. Oh my gosh, I'm not a meat or rib eater, but I tore those up! They were the best I have ever had, the meat just fell off of the bones. The French fries were perfect, thin & salty. If you're going to have fries, this is the way to have them. We had a side of refried beans & rice. I don't like beans & my husband doesn't like rice, we almost had to arm wrestle over them because they were so good. We would like to thank the staff & band for such a wonderful day.

Stopped there for a couple of drinks on our way through. The place is interesting with all the dollar bills glued to the walls and ceilings.

This is a local old school saloon- cold beer and a grotto of sorts outside if you wanna enjoy the scenery- dog friendly which is very cool! Free popcorn, cheap gaming machines- definately unique - lots of friendly people and bikers. Highly recommend the experience.

If your a weed smoker and or a drunk you can start trouble with someone and the non-drinker gets asked to leave because the bar tender isn't making any money off you!

I'll never spend another cent in there! Not even on food which is crap!

You can eat out on the patio here, but be sure to go inside and see the unusual "wall paper"! Starting in the 1950s, miners began taping dollars to the wall, although I think it was for temporary safekeeping. The oldest bill we found was from the 1970s. But now the whole place is papered with bills, most with interesting notes on them or the names of people who were there. Walls, ceiling, rafters, windows--all are covered with bills. I think they said there was about $20,000 there! Besides the great, original atmosphere of the small place, the barbecue was out of this world. Really, it was amazing. I had a pulled pork sandwich that was so good I was tempted to lick the paper wrapper.

We were staying in our RV in Pahrump and decided to take a drive and check our the Saloon. Since we went on a Sunday Afternoon, we thought it might be crowded and the lot was pretty full of cars and motorcycles. We went in to the Bar, where you have to got to the bar to get a drink and were waited on promptly by a friendly young man. The beer was COLD. Fire in the fireplace, and interesting décor. The BBQ place is outside so we went out ordered our burgers. The waitress was so nice and the burgers were excellent. It was chilly so found a sunny table and enjoyed our stop.
