There's a large variety of shops in here many of which were a little expensive for my taste but it was a great place to wander around and kill a couple of hours. There are a bunch of bars and restaurants to choose from inside. Stop at the ABC store and grab some drinks and snacks to bring back to... More

A range of shops with a walk of a mile. Nicely themed with things to see and do. Open quite late into the evening too.

Loved this little "mall". It is almost directly opposite the exit of the Bellagio inside Planet Hollywood and has some great value restaurants and shops inside. Worth a look round. The Ocean One Grill and the Oyster Bay Seafood Restaurant were particularly nice.

There was so much to do and all sorts of stores. I didn't get to spend too much time there, but I did like the layout and the overall feel of the place. I had heard it was far more fun 15 years ago, but it has dramatically changed.

I'm not a "shopper" yet there is so much to do and see here you don't have to be one to enjoy the Miracle Mile. We Self Parked and chose this area due to all M-Life Casino's now charging to Valet AND Self Park. At least here it's free and it's easily accessible to N, S, W of Strip. There... More

We ate breakfast at the Le Salsa cantina. They have a meal there that's really reasonable and tasty.

Lots of shops, good food, spotless clean and great staff. The painted ceiling is amazing and when they do the thunder, lightning and rain show it's really well done. Enjoyed this place no bother spending a day around the mall. PS found we got better deals here than the North Premium Outlet.

A nice shopping mall. Lots of good stores, nicely decorated and it's pretty clean. Right inside the Planet Hollywood complex. Theaters, restaurants and other fun fountains and such inside.

Thank Bernardo F

Has anyone else been ripped off by the store "the Source" at Planet Hollywood's mall?

Planet Hollywood should be ASHAMED of itself to have such a dishonest business on it's premises. While shopping at reputable stores, like Chico's, the Loft, and others, I wandered into the Source looking for an external battery for my computer. While talking with the salesman, he intimated that I'd be able to return the item after trying it out if there was any problem. After checking out and paying roughly $135 for an item (OLcell Solar Charger) that I later discovered can be purchased for $25 on Amazon, the manager took over the sale. He showed me wireless headphones that are usually over $250 (so he claimed... I found them online for a fraction of the cost) and convinced me to purchase them, along with an iphone 6 plus battery case. Although I was grateful for his "discounted" price of $135 each, my disbelief in his generosity should've warned me off... To be fair, he did throw in an iphone 5s case, an ipad case and two stylus for the ipad, none of which I needed or asked for...

The problem you ask? When I got back to my hotel, I charged the iphone charger fully, as instructed, but it didn't seem to work with my phone. The charge wasn't taking on the phone. It was at this point that I started doing some research into the equipment I bought and found them to be listed on reputable websites for 1/8 - 1/4 the price. At this point I realized I was ripped off. I went back to the store to return the items and was told only an exchange was allowed. I wasn't informed of this when I purchased the items, it was on the bottom of the receipt in broken English.

So, it was not a pleasant experience, to say the least. The man I was talking to about the return called the manager, who came to the store and tried to convince me that the equipment is of good quality and saying he didn't have the authority to return anything. He then called his manager, who does have the authority, but said he couldn't reach him. However, he was texting and taking photos of the receipts while talking with me...

I was there for probably 30 minutes going back and forth about wanting a refund and finally got exhausted. Considering I'd spent roughly $500, I thought I'd get the Bose Soundlink Color Bluetooth system, a reputable brand. Prior to mentioning this to him, I discretely looked up the price on my cellphone and it was $129.95. He told me the price was $500. HOW is this LEGAL?

Considering the depth of the problem and understanding I wasn't going to get my refund, I decided to get out of the store. I apologized for the inconvenience and we exchanged pleasantries, then left. Oh yeah, he threw an iphone 5s charging case, stating he made some good sales the past month. Funny thing is that he told me he didn't work on commission earlier in our conversation. Lies, lies, lies.

My issue with the whole experience is that they are overcharging for products without making it known to the consumer that their return policy is that only exchanges are permitted. The consumer is informed by reading the bottom of the receipt (broken English) AFTER the sale. It makes perfect sense to only accept exchanges... You're allowed to be ripped off twice, not just once.

If anyone decides to initiate a class action suit, please post online. I'm happy to contribute to the cause.
