Great place to eat cheaply, breakfasts for under $5, some souvenir shopping as well. The only downfall is that there isn't a lot of shopping for plus sized women

Visit the Miracle Mile Shops regularly during our visit to Las Vegas as it was located close to our hotel. I am not a massive lover of shopping, but this place really has it all, from clothes to makeup and amazing food. Not to mention a Fat Tuesdays, which is a must do when in Vegas. If you are looking for high end shopping, this is where you want to go! It isa fun venue to walk thru. If you continue to walk, you end up in the underground passage with more mainstream stores. This was once Aladdin's, but after 9/11, was torn down and reinvented as Planet Hollywood.

Everybyear when we visit Vegas, we have to go to this mall. On one end is Planet Hollywood casino and the other end is anchored by Elara where we stay. The mall is circular shaped and also conatins the Saxe and V theaters besides tons of shops and restaurants with extra entrances to the street. The parking garage is located... More

We walked for miles around the great selection of shops here. Cafe's, restaurants, designer outlets, souvenir shops, you name it - its here! The main entrance is situated on the strip and just next to the entrance of the Planet Hollywood hotel and casino. Theres also nice little attractions in the mall, mini shows and performances which is always nice... More

The shopping mall reflects the hotel there are a good range of normal shops here nothing to high end, the woman selling the slushies as you walk in could have been more polite and actually had a smile on her face but everyone else seemed to be happy to help the bit where the ceiling changed is nice and the... Good selection of shops, some high end, some souvenir shops. Two ABC stores, two cookie vendors, a few restaurants. Lower quality clientele.

Has anyone else been ripped off by the store "the Source" at Planet Hollywood's mall?

Planet Hollywood should be ASHAMED of itself to have such a dishonest business on it's premises. While shopping at reputable stores, like Chico's, the Loft, and others, I wandered into the Source looking for an external battery for my computer. While talking with the salesman, he intimated that I'd be able to return the item after trying it out if there was any problem. After checking out and paying roughly $135 for an item (OLcell Solar Charger) that I later discovered can be purchased for $25 on Amazon, the manager took over the sale. He showed me wireless headphones that are usually over $250 (so he claimed... I found them online for a fraction of the cost) and convinced me to purchase them, along with an iphone 6 plus battery case. Although I was grateful for his "discounted" price of $135 each, my disbelief in his generosity should've warned me off... To be fair, he did throw in an iphone 5s case, an ipad case and two stylus for the ipad, none of which I needed or asked for...

The problem you ask? When I got back to my hotel, I charged the iphone charger fully, as instructed, but it didn't seem to work with my phone. The charge wasn't taking on the phone. It was at this point that I started doing some research into the equipment I bought and found them to be listed on reputable websites for 1/8 - 1/4 the price. At this point I realized I was ripped off. I went back to the store to return the items and was told only an exchange was allowed. I wasn't informed of this when I purchased the items, it was on the bottom of the receipt in broken English.

So, it was not a pleasant experience, to say the least. The man I was talking to about the return called the manager, who came to the store and tried to convince me that the equipment is of good quality and saying he didn't have the authority to return anything. He then called his manager, who does have the authority, but said he couldn't reach him. However, he was texting and taking photos of the receipts while talking with me...

I was there for probably 30 minutes going back and forth about wanting a refund and finally got exhausted. Considering I'd spent roughly $500, I thought I'd get the Bose Soundlink Color Bluetooth system, a reputable brand. Prior to mentioning this to him, I discretely looked up the price on my cellphone and it was $129.95. He told me the price was $500. HOW is this LEGAL?

Considering the depth of the problem and understanding I wasn't going to get my refund, I decided to get out of the store. I apologized for the inconvenience and we exchanged pleasantries, then left. Oh yeah, he threw an iphone 5s charging case, stating he made some good sales the past month. Funny thing is that he told me he didn't work on commission earlier in our conversation. Lies, lies, lies.

My issue with the whole experience is that they are overcharging for products without making it known to the consumer that their return policy is that only exchanges are permitted. The consumer is informed by reading the bottom of the receipt (broken English) AFTER the sale. It makes perfect sense to only accept exchanges... You're allowed to be ripped off twice, not just once.

If anyone decides to initiate a class action suit, please post online. I'm happy to contribute to the cause.
