All went well with our get away except we had trouble with our water temperature. The housekeeping sent maintenance and the gentleman adjusted a valve. Within 2 days we were back to cold water. Room# 24158. Nice room, nice view.

Stayed at this hotel 4 nights. Room was clean and adequate. Bedding was comfortable with great pillows. First disappointment was no safe in room. Crazy for a casino hotel. Who wants to go to front desk safe all the time. Casino was very smokey. Plan to drive to see other casinos in area as not on River Walk and quite... More

Personnel at Harrah's very rude and not interested in Customer. Old games - very tight. All higher denomination games. Need lower denomination games that may at least pay a little or get bonus in order to keep the Customer playing. Parking terrible - not handicap friendly.

It has had very nice service so far for our stay. It is very clean and the non-smoking part of the casino is nice which is appreciated.

Harrahs @ Laughlin is a nice hotel with good restaurants but it's all by itself & a healthy walk (up & down) to anywhere else. As Laughlin has a bunch (& I mean A LOT) of older folks walking may not be an option & there's no shuttle. So drive or stay on the property.

The hotel staff and the room itself were both a solid five. The River view is less than stellar. You would think that a Hotel of this magnitude would have a beautiful beach area. The area appeared dingy with concrete and trash. How about some landscaping. The casino itself is nice and I did come out ahead a little. I... More

We were 2 couples for a 2 night stay .We enjoyed our visit at harrah's Laughlin .we took a little side trip to Oatman, which was about 45minutes away.Wild donkeys roam the streets. If you feed them ,beware they can get aggressive.the stores are the typical tourist shops. The buffet and Guy Fierry's were both closed,at the resort only open on weekends.......
