Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

While staying at the Park MGM I truly enjoyed the casino. It was friendly, not extremely crowded, and not smoky. Struggled with the idea of not having a coffee maker in my room. This forced me to have to purchase expensive cups of coffee. Had the opportunity tho meet officer Brewster who made things better with his pleasant conversation and generosity. Thank you for the MGM Experience!

My husband and I stayed there years ago when it was the Monte Carlo and loved it then. The location couldn't be more convenient. This time around we brought our kids with us. We loved the non smoking hotel, and we had a great view of the strip. Our room was super clean, housekeeping always made sure we were stocked on towels and toiletries, and our beds were always neatly made. They even made sure to take special care of my youngest's stuffed animal.

One thing I have to mention that we were beyond appreciative for was from our third night at the hotel. At approximately 2:15 a.m. our smoke detector's battery started beeping. We called the front desk to ask if they could send someone up. Within 10 minutes a maintenance guy was quietly knocking on the door. When he realized we had two kids sleeping, he proceeded to change the battery by the flashlight of my husband's phone. He was so careful not to wake them. He did a great job, too because they had no idea it happened until we told them about it.

I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Played the slots and never got service. Cocktail waitresses walked by and half-offered to take drink orders.
All I wanted was water but I guess MGM is too tight to indulge me in that after spending all my money and winning nothing at their casino. However the service button is attented to promptly, however they could not help me get water. Thanks for the quarter back, and the smoke-free air you had to charge your guests for, I guess.

Non smoking hotel & casino which is great in Las Vegas smoke city. Why is it everyone that gambles has a cigarette in their mouth? OK maybe not everyone I don’t smoke. The hotel was just OK. The rooms were a beautiful green color, and I loved the bathroom, also green tile. However a weird brown table in the corner which doesn’t make sense with a very long green velvet sofa. Need Coffee in the morning? Yeah only if you have about 45 minutes to wait in the Starbucks line. Otherwise there’s no coffee easy to procure in the hotel. Just like most hotels in Las Vegas there’s no in room coffee maker probably has to do with insurance. Being a solo traveler, I found the hallways, extremely dark and a little scary walking to my room. So dark in fact, I could barely read the room number on the door. Eataly restaurants were nice however, the space was very loud and echoey. Construction on the strip right now is crazy but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The person I dealt with at the front desk was very patient and nice. My credit card company gave me gift cards for the MGM. However no one there knew how to accept it….not their fault that would be management.

We came back to the Park to celebrate our 50th. wedding anniversary. Best location ever plus this hotel is "non-smoking". The Park has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay in Las Vegas. Great staff members and standard rooms were okay.

Love, love, love that this hotel and casino are 100% smoke free. We spent two nights in Las Vegas and spent a good deal of our time on property. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed at Parkmgm for 4 nights in a Nighthawk suite . The room was large and roomy with tv ,sofas and a comfortable bed. A modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet. As it was my special birthday I received a free bottle of fizz and a dining credit which was a nice surprise. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular the floor manager Jon, and Letiticia.

Spent a week at this elegant and welcoming hotel in March 2022 , I found the staff to be excellent and friendly, The very stylish Ashley checked us in at reception efficiently and with a smile that could light up a room., After a long journey from the UK it made our arrival so much nicer than I expected it would be, The room we had on the twenty sixth floor had a wonder view of the airport and the mountains that surround Las Vegas itself.. Breakfast in the Primrose restaurant was very filling and not to bad value for money. The staff carry on filling your cup with coffee for free as soon as you finish it that was nice. Remember to tip them they work very hard to make it all look so easy.. Had a few drinks in the primrose bar nice safe environment and comfortable seats and very good selection of whiskeys and wines etc. The beer they serve there is on draft and in bottles and is very good quality being both ice cold and refreshing in equal measure. The bar staff themselves are all very welcoming and the place is well ran and like everything else in the hotel very clean. Security in the Hotel is well organised and not overly obtrusive yet from a professional view point of my own they are very very good. . And so are the chaps who run the parking taxi rank and limo arrivals and departures. The bell service to leave your luggage should you need to if checking out early and flying late is efficiency itself.. And all the staff are happy and helpful in every part of the hotel that I saw. The rooms where cleaned very well every day and and the public areas and lifts etc where all well looked after. The Hotel has a mono rail service that takes you to the Bellagio and is free runs about every seven minutes and is in service between eight am till four am every day. It too is well ran clean and safe. Around the hotel are Toms Urban a bar and restaurant on the strip the food is cheerful and well cooked the staff excellent and it opens at breakfast time.. The Beer house is also close by and the shake shack if you fancy some instant food that does not break the bank. The whole area seems well organised and safely looked after, There is lots of security but again it is not obtrusive and it is well organised and friendly all around the area. The hotel also has a casino being Las Vegas it of course would do. That is also very clean very well ran and very friendly . And the Hotel also has a concert arena and a couple of swimming pools a spa and other facility's. Did I enjoy my stay very much so. Did I enjoy the food and entertainment again oh yes very much so. Did I find it value for money given it is a non smoking four star hotel on the whole yes I did, And would I return again on reflection now I am home again in a heart beat.. Hotels are buildings and what makes them special are those employed to work in them run them and represent them and whoever chose the people to do so in this resort really knew what they are doing. The staff are great and they make the place what it is. They even surpass the wonderful entrance that covers the cars taxis and limo's that take you here there and everywhere in Vegas and that is a wonderful piece of architecture in itself... A cross between the entrance to the savoy in London and the elegance of a up town New York mansion.

Amazingly quiet for where it’s located. We were on the backside so maybe that matters. Beds were cozy. Great room. We would definitely stay again

First time staying at the Park MGM since they renovated from Monte Carlo and it didnt disappoint. The check-in process was fast and our request for a higher floor was accommodated. The room was large enough for two people to spread-out and not feel like we were running into each other. Room was clean and updated, housekeeping was great as well.
