Interesting to explore the area and good camping spot overnight in our trailer. I put July 2017 as 2016 wasn't offered. Pretty warm when we arrived in the afternoon but as the sun started going down it became comfortable.

My wife and I went there this fall and loved it. Some really awesome formations, erosion at it’s finest. 2 or 3 well marked easy to moderate trails to hike or bike. There is also a old water tower base there built by the CCC....More

Along the Great Basin Highway lies a quiet gem called Cathedral Gorge. In many respects it reminded me of Bryce Canyon, except it's not as deep nor as colorful. Yet the creation of this landmark no less amazing. Plaques placed at the northern overlook described...More

I really enjoyed this state park. It's not comparable to famous national parks nearby like Zion and the Grand Canyon or even Red Rock in Vegas but if you're in the area, it's worth a stop. Based on a friend's suggestion, we did the Miller...More
