Cheap but not great

It is a good golf course with some nice views - but it could be better maintained. Still, reasonably priced.

Parks and rec course not well maintained. Marshy course with many opportunites to lose your golf balls if you were the least bit inaccurate. Not very forgiving for a couse that probably caters to high handicap players. Would not play here again. Perhaps in the summer, the course may be less wet but still requires accurate shots with little room... More

I have played this course many times over the years. Not so much recently, as it has fallen severely since the budget cuts and the loss of a professional greenskeeper. It is usually over-watered and the traps have become unplayable due to neglect. The greens are the best part of the course but are generally a little slow. It is... More

We were there on a quiet day and enjoyed the golf course. It has scenic views of the Reno area and is a nice place to play.

A really nice golf course well kept and a joy to play. Some of the fairways are a definite challenge, narrow with wetlands. All in all it was a great course with decent greens. On a couple of the holes we had to drive ahead to see where we were going so a cart is needed at least for the... More

This place became a disaster after budget cuts. I am not really sure what they intent to do with this land.

Fairly easy course if you are hitting it straight, otherwise you will need lots of golf balls. Wetlands require new balls frequently. Shuts down Dec-Feb for winter and with the new freeway planed not sure it will be around much longer than 2012. Great value some days rounds start at $6

I have played this course a couple of times now and it is a very challanging course. For me and my buddy it was $66.00, very reasonable and a great setting. It is a flat course and has some blind tee shots this time of year. But a great course for the money, great staff!!!!
