Our first time on the campus of the University of Nevada was in August of 2007, we are from Mesquite in southern Nevada and our son chose to go to college there. We were immediately struck by the architecture of the buildings and the fact that this campus seemed like it was in a rural setting even though it was... More

I had time on a quiet Saturday afternoon, so ambled through the UNR campus. The Nevada State Museum at the north end of campus was particularly interesting.

We visited this campus while taking our Grand-Daughter to her dorm. This is a wonderful campus and is growing every year.

Nice campus to walk around and relax. Pretty fountain to sit by and read or relax. Nice green. Wanted to go to museum but it was closed. Heard it was nice.

A very nice campus, it's a large chunk of land just north of the highway in Reno. Lots of buildings, housing and school buildings. The stadium is very nice

I was here for a two-day conference and found the campus to be very pretty and well laid-out. The union, which we were told is a new building, was quite nice and modern. Given the harsh summer weather, the effort that clearly goes into keeping the campus green and pretty is impressive. The quality of the classroom buildings was variable... More

Many new improvements to the university since I left especially in the technology and computer areas. New buildings. Great professors. Best time of my life spent there. Partners with the health care providers in the area. Innovative, and research work

I have a son who will be attending the school starting this August, so we drove up from Vegas for a tour of the campus. We had never been to Reno, so that in itself was a first for us. The campus is beautiful and beautifully kept. The young lady who showed us around was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable... More

This campus is full of beauty and history. There is so much to see and do. If you are here for a sporting event then you should take a side trip to some of the buildings to enjoy the architecture.

My son chose UNR over Davis, Santa Cruz, Redlands, Santa Barbara, Irvine and Berkeley. I'm so very glad he did! He graduated in Engineering in four years, immediately got a great job and his tuition was affordable on my nurse salary so no college debt. He was very happy at UNR!
