was a new member. casino was clean and all employees were great help. i went to sportsbook 3 times and older woman was on her phone most of the time talking or playing games. not a good rep for william hill.

The waitress was friendly and helpful. She shwed me all the specials including what "...people been ordering lately!" The casino is low keyed and quiet but not for children. Pump your own in Nevada and they compare to the best prices around. Adequate gift shop with sundries.

I was staying at a hotel that was within walking distance of this place, so I thought I'd give it a try. I had read all of the negative reviews concerning the poor attitude of the staff, so I was a bit apprehensive when I stepped in. You know, I found it to be a pleasant, friendly casino! Perhaps showing up on a quiet, Tuesday afternoon had something to do with it, but I had no problems at all. The workers were quite nice and helpful, getting me set up with a new player's card. They have a very interesting wall display, showcasing a variety of vintage rifles and guns. Very neat! Yes, it's a dinky place, with a limited selection of slot machines, but everything looked taken care of. Surprisingly, they even had a William Hill sports book here.…

The rating on this place is way over done. I visited here and got very bad attitudes from the Staffing. Seams like we were troubling them and we should not have been here. I will not return to be disappointed again. Not will I bring anybody else in here. Beware stay away. Unless you like to be humiliated by employees.…
