After comparing prices of local marinas we chose this one because it was the least expensive. We were pleasantly surprised when we picked up the pontoon boat to find a boat that was in excellent condition with brand new carpeting. The staff was efficient and friendly when we picked up the boat and returned it. The marina is conveniently located on the channel into the main lake. The boat that we rented did not require a boater's permit but the marina also offers a computer where people can take the course and receive their permit on site. We will definitely rent from Lakefront Landing on our next visit to Ossipee.

First off the guy who has a voice that sounds like he smokes like 500 packs of cigarettes a day is rude. There is another guy at the gas dock that it is very weird and talks about weird things. The gas dock is convenient. And the landing store is fun

We rented a pontoon boat on a Thursday in July for the entire day. We were staying on Lake Ossipee and this place was on the other side of the lake. The boat was great and the owner of Lakefront Landing made renting a breeze. We would not hesitate renting from Lakefront Landing again next year.

Knd of the bare minimum. Deck hand had no boating experience. He tried but was a joke. Location is good for Ossipee. Ramp is small but fine. Don't expect much.

I canoed upriver to this small but cute marina located at the bottom of Broad Bay, directly off of the big Ossipee Lake. As we pulled up to tie off my canoe, one of the employees jumped right over to help us tie to the cleats, and he even helped my girls out of the boat. They were all super friendly here, and he helped push us off after we stopped for a quick snack and got back into the water. I would recommend this store and the friendly conversation.
