the beach is very quiet and calm away from the main strip of Hampton Beach so you could walk along the water with a friend in the morning sun or the evening moonlight

The sand is just as clean and soft as the more publicized state park beach, but far less crowded. Perfect for morning walks or jogs as the sun rises and just as great for a late afternoon dip.

North Beach State Beach is much smaller than the beach at Hampton Beach State Park. The beach is sandy but with its share of rocks up near the protective concrete seawall. This beach just about disappears at high tide but reappears as the tide recedes....More

Not as crowded as the main beach, but at high tide, there is no beach. Time your visit for when the tide is going out, and enjoy all the space all day.
