Great beach to visit for a couple of nights. It's best to head there at low tide. If swimming, watch out for the strong currents. There are warning flags at each lifeguard post to notify you of level of currents. Lifeguards are on duty until...More

My aunt, cousin, daughter and I stopped here so I could put my feet in the Atlantic ocean (I'm from the west coast). This was my first trip out East. When we stopped at the beach, we were awed by the "Master Sand Sculptures" that...More

This is a really nice clean beach in New Hampshire. I was super surprised how fun it was, water was a little cold but that’s ok

First time ever it wasn't wall-to-wall people. Great day, great beach. A wonderful feature is all the eateries and all the beach shops directly across the street from the beach. We also happen to hit some awesome entertainment (free) at the Seashell stage!

Once upon a time, this was the choice summer destination for French-speaking Canadians. Once upon a time, it was strictly ticky-tacky, low-end fun with a fabulous beach. Now: Canadians go to Florida and Europe. Boston-area families and teenagers come to Hampton Beach. It is sort...More

Parking was terrible. Room was just gross. Room had an oily smell after the air conditioner was turned off. Rooms were not sound proof. At 3 am we had people in the next room screaming and partying. No way to contact any one about it....More

We arrived at Hampton Beach at 5:00pm so the teenagers with us could enjoy the boardwalk and fireworks. Parking lots ranged from $25 (really far away) to $50. I parked behind the Casino for $30. Beach was cleared out already in preparation of the 9:30pm...More
