Come visit historic Towle Farm, home of Smuttynose Brewing Company, one of New England's oldest and most beloved craft breweries. Take a free tour of our brewery, enjoy a guided tasting (for a small fee) and shop for favorite and hard-to-find Smuttynose and Smuttlabs beers, as well as other goodies in our retail store. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious meal at Hayseed, the Smuttynose public house located on the same grounds, featuring over two dozen beers, a farm-to-table menu and a seasonal beer garden and fire pit. And if you have time, play a round of disc golf while exploring our 17-acre site. The course is free and loaner discs are available in our retail shop.

Stopped here to eat dinner with a sales rep of ours who had been to the restaurant before. Although the selection was a little limited there is probably something for everyone and the food and atmosphere was great. Obviously the beer selection was amazing.

the tour was pretty minimal and unfortunately the bottling line wasn't running, but the guide was very knowledgeable. No charge for the tour - they ask for a small donation to a local non-profit instead, which is nice. $4 for 4 samples - decent size....More

been a beer snob/aficionado for at least 40 years. prize winning homebrewer. Have tried to dislike Smuttynose for years for personal reasons. Overall I've been mixed about their beers. Some were fantastic. many were average. However, this isn't about the beers or my personal politics/interactions....More
