Looking straight across the runways from the Manchester-Boston Terminal, there is a small building that is hard to spot. This is the original terminal now moved its present location and repurposed to be a museum of New Hampshire aviation. Though small in stature, this museum houses a varied collection of historical news, pictures, lifesized parts of aircraft, electronic teaching tools,... More

We live just miles from this fantastic museum and went to check it out on a Sunday. We had our 2 boys (5 & 8) and there was a lot for them to do and see. Tom and Adam were the docents working and were wonderful! Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly and both he and Adam were great teaching... More

I always wanted to visit an aviation Museum, and I got my wish when I visited this fine facility recently. It is very easy to find and is well signposted and is situated adjacent to the main runway at Manchester airport. The museum itself is beautifully appointed with plenty of parking. This attraction would appeal to any aviation buff, and... More

This is small gem of a museum located adjacent to the Manchester Airport. It is staffed by docents with much aviation experience military and commercial. The facility is small but well designed to immerse you in everything that flies. and is connected the history of New Hampshire. Oddly there are no airplanes here to see and enter but perhaps in the... More

Visited with cub scouts. The staff was very nice and eager to teach the kids. They made the topics I fun and kept the kids interested. The boys liked the simulators and of course the gift shop

As a former flight attendant for an international charter airline I was invited to a Pan American Reunion at this lovely museum. I was honored to be invited by someone who was in the Smithsonian Channel's "Jet Set Stewardess" Program. We all dressed up in our original uniforms. Speeches were made about the history of the airports in Manchester. And... More

This is one of those places that you check out because you see a sign on the side of the road, and have the time to stop in to check it out. Afterwards you are glad that you saw the sign.

It is a small museum, but expanding. Interesting exhibits and the staff are helpful in explaining them if you ask. It's kind of hidden away, so it doesn't seem to get many visitors which is a shame.

This museum is small but very well done with great information a cute little gift shop, a flight simulator, and detailed information on NH natives who were important in aviation. The docents were very knowledgable and helpful. There is a great view of the runway and a great opportunity to watch planes take off and land. The cost is minimal.... More

Great volunteer run, privately funded museum. Great place with a lot of local history. Well done with a lot of room to grow. :)
