Was here once a very long time ago so it felt like a first time. Definitely a nice place to bring your kids if you want an outing that won't take all day long. It's not huge but they have quite a bit there to...More

I recommend this as a rainy day activity. The interactive, hands-on exhibits are fun, the static exhibits not so much. But there is enough to keep kids busy for a few hours.

We were traveling in the area and decided to make a stop at the See Science Center because we had read about a moonwalk exhibit and my son is absolutely obsessed with Neil Armstrong at the moment. We paid $45 for our family and headed...More

Plenty to do for all ages. Mine are not old enough to understand DNA structuring, but they enjoy the many exhibits...mostly hands on. The staff is wonderful and every 30-40 minutes or so there is a live demonstration given: static ball, convex air with smoke...More

We do enjoy bringing our 5 and 6 year olds to the SEE Science Center and they do build new exhibits, but unfortunately, they need to keep up with their piece de resistance, the Lego recreation of old Manchester. It is a heck of a...More

I am 77 and can remember, the City and the canal, the mills as they were in the late 40's and early 50. This amazing "legos" so realistic replica of the area at the time of the mills in their "hay day". At it's peak,...More

There is plenty of themes for kids to do. The Lego city is simply incredible and alone worth admission. There are snacks and drinks available (limited); about two hours is a good time frame. Only complaint is that there is a lot of space that...More

Designed for kids from elementary through middle school who might be interested in hands-on science related experiences. Really impressive LEGO model of the millyard back when it was the largest textile producer in the world

We go to a lot of science centers with our membership that gives us reciprocal access. 6th one this year actually. This one is pretty good. Has interactive exhibits that young children and school aged would find intriguing. The absolute coolest thing for me was...More

I believe their hours are 10:00-4:00 Mon.-Fri. They sell snacks and beverages and have a room where you can bring your own food. There are also plenty of restaurants close by.
