Twice we went to the folks at Northern Extremes to go kayaking on the Saco and had a great time on both occasions. We are looking forward to doing it again this summer. On our last trip, we rented five double kayaks for our extended family of four adults, two teens and four children ages 6-11 (including six people who... More

My family & I all had a great time with Chris the tour guide on a amazing 3 hour tour. The trails were in great shape and pace of the day was ideal. Chris offered hot chocolate for the group and warmers to keep everyone warm and having a great time. We can't wait to come back and book another... More

This was our third time renting with Northern Extremes. Always satisfied with the service we are given and the snowmobile itself. Nice quality snowmobiles. Great near by trails that are groomed nicely. Beautiful views you will get to look out at and stop for pictures if you like. The staff is so helpful with all the pre-ride paperwork and equipment... Outstanding tour guides, trails were unbelievable. The staff are all so helpful and took great care of us. If you are going to snowmobile in Brettonwoods area, these are the folks to go to!

I went snowmobiling at Northern Extremes with my bf and another couple in mid December 2016. We did a 2 hr tour with 2 double snowmobiles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our tour guide named Bear was extremely fun and knowledgeable and we had a great time! The views were beautiful and we took plenty of pictures! They... More

We visit Northern Extremes (sometimes multiple times each summer) to canoe the Saco when visiting the North Conway area. We feel their prices and their speedy pick-up/ drop-off process work best for us. We've canoed the 7.5 mile run during high water periods and (most recently) during a drought. Regardless of the varying conditions, the stretch features some beautiful scenery... More

We were probably one of the last groups to go out for the summer due to the lack of rain. we did the full day trip, stopped few times to relax and enjoy the water and people watch, and picnic. very relaxing! We did have to push our way through a couple of times, but it wasn't too bad. Another... More

My family and I have been renting kayaks for the past several years here and after this past trip I think we will look to rent elsewhere. The lady at the desk is rude and unhelpful. This is not the first time I have her found her to be less than pleasant but this time she tells us we will... More
