We rode out here during the lupin season and this is the place to start. It's a mixture of local museum, country store and craft centre. Just the place if you wanted to take home a souvenir. There are walks just across the road through...More

A stop along the Lupine Festival in the White Mountains region of New Hampshire. They were offering horse-drawn wagon rides (weekends only in June) through a poet-filled lupine field across the street. The field offers beautiful views of the mountains and plenty of opportunity for...More

As we drove to the Franconia-Sugar Hill, we had no problems finding it. It was a huge red barn with a grey roof. Where we entered in the back, the facade was grey. There was ample parking. Lots of flowers were everywhere. It was gorgeous...More

I love to visit it every year in Christmas time. It is warm, cozy and beautiful. I love their food products. The friends tea is super nice. A necessary stop in the white mountains.

If you are staying in or around Franconia Notch, this is an interesting place to visit. It is a gift shop but also a museum of the local history of Sugar Hill. Beautiful views from the top of the hill.

Nice place to visit when driving around . Some unique items in the gift shop. I like to visit the museum in the back of the store. Interesting old clipping about the local community
