Bay Head is a small town beach which is nice if you want peace and quiet. It's geared more towards residents, as there is no public bathroom. But if you stop in at a local restaurant for lunch, you can these use their facilities. The...More

Just loved the relaxing experience from beginning to end -- and the friendliness of the staff and everyone we met. I felt like every staff member genuinely cared about the quality of our experience. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you! We'll be back for sure...More

I spent a lot time in Bay Head in my teens, and I biked here and stopped up at the beach this summer. The beach is beautiful even after the damage that Sandy caused, and the town still as charming as ever.

My family has had a home in Bay Head for 5 generations. While I now live out of state, when I return, regardless of the season, I always stop and visit "my" beach. They charge for using the beach in season but use the money...More

Bay Head Beach is just one block from the Grenville Hotel. I like this beach because it is clean and this beach is not crowded

Worth a day trip, especially during the week. Amazing that it is in good shape already given Sandy. Rough sand, but clean and safe.
