Enjoyed a great picnic lunch in one of the roofed pavilions, and lovely elevated, scenic overlook of the adjoining salt marsh (where wild swans were feeding). A true treat!.... And, it was all free!!!

Easy access. Free parking. Great view of the Cape May Lighthouse and easy access to the beach. Gives a beautiful view to the WWII bunker that was built along with the St Mary's convent retreat right by the lighthouse.

My husband and I love the hiking trails at the park. They were not crowded this week and we saw some different species of birds - cedar waxwing and blue grosbeak. Also osprey!
