We go to walk the 2 mile loop frequently. There are several playground areas and the main building has animals such as snakes and turtles the kids can view. Beware of biting flies sometimes in the summer.

I visit the park often. It’s a 2 mile circuit around the perimeter if you stick to the road, but there are also other footpaths. Great for walking, running, and bicycling. Both of my parents’ final resting place are in the well maintained Veterans Cemetery along the route. There are also playgrounds for the children and a nature center. The entire park is well maintained and we are very lucky to have a place like this to share and enjoy.…

We went today to Estell Manor Park. When you enter there is s parking lot and Nature Center. I’d recommend stopping there for a map and check out some of the animals they have there- fish, turtles, and snakes. We chose to borrow bikes and explore this way. Bikes are free, and they provide helmets (required if under 17). There was one bike with training wheels. You can also drive round and park in your car. There are a few parking lots and playgrounds to visit. Additionally, you can hike one of the trails (many to choose from). We bikes the paved road which we were told was about 2 miles. The road was flat and easy to navigate. It’s a loop so you end up at the Nature Center again. There are some ruins to explore. We looked at the remains of an old glass factory. I wish we had more time to hike. Would go back and explore more. …

The nature center is small but informative - packed with displays on bugs, insects and animals of the area, as well as a live fish tank and tanks with turtles. There are playgrounds in the park, and the glassworks ruins are interesting to view and great to photograph. National Park passport stamps available at stamping station in nature center, public bathrooms there as well. Recommended. Definitely will be back to explore more of the park with toddler!…
