Perfect spot for a sunset shot

Noticed a number of photographers lined up with their seemingly complicated equipment waiting for the sun to set.

You can make very good picture with Manhattan view. Walk around and enjoy for other places also in Liberty State Park. This small attraction is actually part from Liberty State Park.

I remember this day very well. It was a beautiful morning in Septemeber until I heard the reports a small plane ran into the tower in NYC. We soon realized it wasn't a small plane at all but an airliner. Liberty state park and the memorial is a great place to reflect on this day.

The Teardrop Monument is beautiful and well worth a visit. It's a little out of the way in Bayonne NJ.

Beautiful and reverent. The names of each person who died that day engraved into the walls. When you first walk up to the walls and look through to the other side, you are facing the New York skyline and ground zero. Throughout this memorial are tiny pieces which portray the care that was put into the design. My only negative... More

Take a few minutes and remember what happened 9/11. Walk inside the monument, read the names, give them your thougths.

Am I a hater if I dont rate anything 9/11 rated 5 stars? This is interesting, but could be done with a little more information! The actual memorial is a cool idea, but they couldve gone a little further to make it truly incredible....

A shrine to the fallen Americans who were brutally murdered by Muslim terrorists who flew a civilian passenger plane into the twin towers. Worth a visit to ponder that day and pay respect to so many who were taken.

When you get off the train and enter the station for the 9/11 memorial you feel like you have entered heaven. Its very haunting if your mind is on the people who perished there. I thought the memorial fountains were done beautifully and it was very peaceful. Its something to be seen for sure and to keep you remembering those... More
