It was quiet at 10am for our first leg to Ellis Island. It was reachable in 15 mins with an $8 Lyft. The only downside was we could have managed a decent coffee before the start and there wasn’t a cafe bar there.

Great place to be next to densely crowded Jersey City. Nice place to hang out with family with young kids.

This is a great place to escape from JC and see a rare combo of grand NYC veiews and nature as well. Egrets, even seals, and other wildlife have all been spotted in this refuge. Don’t miss out!

The park is huge- and the main attraction for us is the wide brick path that ambles along the shore line of the Hudson presenting unforgettable views of Lady Liberty and the NYC skyline. Park in the parking lot adjacent to the boat launch at...More

As long or short as you want it to be. It's a promenade along the waterfront.

Its good to buy online. There is a possibility you will get better price quote online versus what is sold at ticket counter. I guess its $18.50/ticket.
