Walked my dog with a friend and it was lovely. Please keep your pets on a leash as it is safe for all.

Love this park for hikes and beautiful scenery. Good variety of hikes and close to my sister's house in Mendham.

At the Mansion at Natirar, had a great time at a Wedding overlooking the park, it was very serine. Watched sunset over the forests and hot air balloons in the distance. This is a beautiful place to walk/hike or run.

This very bucolic park set in Peapack is a gorgeous wide open space. It is a great place to take a walk or just relax on the lawn's and wonderful for children. There is a meandering stream that is very nice to be near in the walking path is great.

This is where I go when it's too cool for a walk in the woods at other parks. All day long there is sunshine almost everywhere. And it is a mighty big park, full of huge open space where you can get away from anyone anytime by just taking a detour in a different direction. It comes in handy when some people improperly walk their dogs without leashes. Although the park is big, most people go around the loop on the main path like they are doing their park commute. Which is great because it leaves the most beautiful parts of the park to enjoy peacefully. I am always amazed by the people yapping on their cell phones walking right by some very beautiful spots you have to go sightly out of your way to see or stop to enjoy, like to hear the soothing sound of the small waterfall or see the view from the bridge that lets you see down the river gorge or up the river where it's woven with mesmerizing ripples. Instead they stick to the path far away and don't even notice any of it. But they do notice the big spaciousness and the occasional bench where they can sit to look at the Tudor mansion far up the hill that's overlooking the valley below.
