Cooking Class Dinner Parties for your friends, family or colleagues! You and your group choose the day and the menu. It begins when you all arrive at our 300-year-old farm house, and start in the parlor with a little libation and a snack I've prepared. Then it's on to our large kitchen to start cooking together, under my guidance. You'll learn more about cooking and the local culinary treasures. Then you'll dine for the rest of the evening in the Colonial dining room! Afterwards, if you'd like a tour, my historian husband is happy to oblige! It's a full evening (or afternoon) of fun, usually 4-5 hours.

What an amazing team building activity. Marcia put us all to work and helped us cook up a scrumptious lunch. We are a hard-working group and it was a pleasure to spend a day together learning great recipes and enjoying a delicious meal. It was a great way to kick off the new school year!

Our Senior Management team had an amazing day here. Great meetings and camaraderie, terrific lunch and an unbelievable cooking class. I now make the finest Caesar salad around.

We held our corporate quarterly review and teambuilding event at Ezekiel's table in Princeton last evening and to say it was fantastic would be an understatement. Everything, EVERYTHING, was AMAZING. The setting, house and property, the food, the dinner music, everything about the environment was perfect. And the hosts, Bruce and Marcia were warm and friendly; Bruce gave a brief... More

Brought my leadership team here for a team-building dinner last night (party of 8) and had the loveliest time. Marcia and Bruce are gracious hosts and their home is absolutely amazing in its history, beauty, setting, and warmth. Marcia educated us throughout the night on cooking skills and tips, and the meal we prepared together was delicious. Bruce gave us... More

Thank you to our hosts Marcia and Bruce. Marcia who taught the team how to cook an amazing meal and Bruce who gave us a history lesson on the farm house where the cooking class and team building event takes place. The food was amazing, the event was so much fun for the team. Our team was for 12 people... More

Marcia hosted the most amazing birthday party of my life. She was completely terrific, dedicated to all her guests, and incredibly knowledgable and enthusiastic about food and cooking. The setting is gorgeous, a historic colonial home near Princeton. She finds the most unusual combinations of food, and makes them work wonderfully together, and does the same thing for her guests... I hosted a meeting in Princeton with 17 colleagues from around the world, and found Ezekiel's Table via TripAdvisor. I'm so glad I found it, and I'm so glad to Marcia agreed to take us on, even though we're a much bigger group than we normally hosts. Marcia was super committed to the success of our event, making herself easily... More

I had the good fortune to host a dinner last night for several colleagues with Marcia and Bruce Willsie at their beautiful historic home in Princeton. The evening was magical, fun, and delightful in every way. (Pheasant with chartreuse - divine!) I have been to many cooking classes, including at Canyon Ranch and other top-notch venues, and nothing even comes... More

What a wonderful way to spend time with family, friends, or colleagues, and to pick up some really useful cooking tips in the process. (Thanks to chef Marcia Wilsie I now know how to cut an onion onto evenly sized pieces and that ginger is a spectacular addition to Grand Marnier gelato.) Family and close friends gathered at Ezekiel's Table... More
