I had never expected so much fine art of different eras and sorts to be on the Princeton University premises. And it is open to the public. There isn't even a charge to enter. Great!

This museum is a gem. It has many wonderful pieces from Roman mosaics to modern art. It is a small enough collection that you could enjoy it in a couple of hours.

The museum is eclectic and small enough not to be exhausting. Spectacular mosaic floor, Mayan treasures, and some contemporary art. Great labels- instructive

Since there is no parking on campus, I generally park on or near Nassau Street and walk to the museum.
