EXCELLENT WORK! This is a nice relaxing museum to be in, and it's generally just a nice place. I love what I saw there and it's generally a 10/10. Also bonus points for nostalgia.

This is a must do in Sea Isle. The new Library is beautiful with scenic views of the bay and the Historic Museum is so cute and an interesting time.

Plenty of local information staffed by knowledgeable docents. Look for the binders with the traditional family names. A great look back into history.

The Sea Isle City Historical Museum has a wonderful array of artifacts to show and describe the history of Sea Isle City and surrounding areas. We had the pleasure of meeting Anne Hall one of the museums trustees and that made our visit very special. She is very knowledgeable and fount of information of the museum and its history. If you've not been, spend an hour or so and if you've been before, consider a return visit, Definitely time well spent.

Sea Isle City is undergoing more residential construction which will modify the face of this city. So showing how that community has developed is an important step. Fortunately The. Community has a great resource in the Sea Isle City Historical Museum. It is located on the first floor of the library. Housed there are artifacts, clothing and uniforms, and a treasure trove of pictures and short research profiles in an extensive number of three ring binders. I was interested in rail and trolley lines which served the city. So after ringing the trolley bell (an artifact) I routed over three binders of photos, maps, charts of the companies involved, and period schedules. To assist there were three ladies which pointed one in the right direction and assisted with research. Highly recommend a stop here for at least two hours.
