Beautiful promenade and streets. Can’t really see the ocean with the extremely high sand dunes to protect all the condos. Biggest complaint is no areas for our other family members, our dogs.

Nicely paved, not overwhelmed with stores and eateries, no annoying amusement parks....a great place to run, take a bike ride or stroll...all the while enjoying the scenery.

This is a great spot to spend an afternoon shopping, walking along the beach, or having a nice meal with a beer. Clean, friendly, and lots to see and do.

This is the focal point for anyone coming to Sea Isle! It is right on the ocean, but next to shopping and dining! Great place to start the day!

The Sea Isle promenade is very nice. The approach on JFK Blvd. is laid out in an open, attractive way. There are good restaurants and shapes in the central spot - Braca's is great. Once on the "boardwalk" or promenade, there are a few stores...More

Bikes on this small walkway are not only a nuisance, but health hazard. Almost got hit twice leaving the beach at the end of the day...signs ARE posted...PD never around. Guess they are out writing parking tickets.... If you have kids be CAREFUL.

The Sea Isle City promenade is blacktop; a boardwalk is boards. That's my guess.

The hotels are not really on the promenade, although rental condos are. Sea Isle prides itself on closeness to the water. No it is not a trek through the desert as in Wildwood. Many shops and restaurants are open... More

Yes, it is overall quiet compared to other NJ beach towns. There is a marked quiet zone/neighborhood near the main street where signs say fines are enforced. I recommend getting into town towards early morning if you want to... More
