Wonderful place to spend a couple of hours with a child or two. The attendant brings various frightening looking insects around for you to touch if you want. Then the remainder of the Bugseum is filled with displays of insects and their habitats.

Thought what could be so great about bugs. To my surprise this visit was exceptionally interesting. So much to see and experience with the help of their young guides. Glad we went!

A great bug museum, lots of well designed displays, many with live insects, pleasant, knowledgeable staff, interactive displays, My 7-year-old granddaughter and her 4-year-old brother LOVED it. Don't miss the presentation where you get an opportunity to touch the bugs.

Does the museum have ladybugs and lightning bugs?

Response from wildzootv | Reviewed this property |
Not at the time we went, but it might be worth giving them a call and seeing if they do now as lightning bugs are seasonal.
