We browsed around the Doo Wop shop and enjoyed seeing all the memorabilia they have there. Also, there was an author there signing her books about Nostalgic Wildwood which we purchased and had her sign. It was 50's weekend so it was very busy!

Went here during a convention, its open a lot when conventions are on and some days during the summer. It's run by volunteers so its not open often. On a rainy day during the summer I called the number on the Visit Wildwood website before...More

The museum itself is housed in what used to be a 50s Wildwood restaurant that was relocated to the site. It’s a small museum with no charge, other than a donation if you feel like it. Friendly knowledgeable staff to strike up a conversation with...More

Why post on your FB page that you will be open at a certain time if you're not? Planned to visit on a rainy, overcast day while vacationing in Wildwood; arrived shortly after the posted opening time and... nothing.

We love going here every year, but we have been missing it because you do not know what the hours are. Always closed when we want to go. In any case it is just a step back in time. The kids love it and we...More

This is a great little museum! It contains a lot of neat neon signs from older hotels/restaurants in the area. In addition, there are some vintage vignettes including a 1950s kitchen and living room set up. The staff was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to...More

Very cute and it's like revisiting the 50's and 60's. So much to see and the kids really enjoyed learning about what life was like 50 years ago.

We only had to wait ten minutes for a table for 9, which we didn't mind since it was prime dinner time. The staff were excellent the food DELISH and we shared milkshakes to finish a memorable and very filling meal.

Sadly, we first passed by it thinking it was a diner. We had to ask someone at the convention center nearby where it was. He pointed it out and told us it was probably closed. We then walked to it and decided to see if...More
