Beautiful wine estate (but less so than Grande Provence) with very clever wine pairings. Mainly red wines with one Chardonnay. Three pairings of reds with Biltong, chocolate or Turkish Delight. Delicious wines and a little terrace overlooking the vines with majestic backdrop.

Went straight for the tasting, as it was raining. For a reasonable fee, they laid out several different chocolates, and specific red wines to go with each. Totally yummy. PS trying a chocolate with a non-paired wine was not at all as good....
