My son & his family were out from the UK recently & and we took them to the sanctuary. A great time was had by everyone and I felt that it was very educational for the children. We also visited the adjacent Snake Park and were blown away by the specimens, in all my years this must be the best... More

we visited monkey town as it was around the corner from where we were staying and it was a rainy day, we stumbled across this flyer so decided to give it a shot. We all loved it its well worth the money and you can tell everyone there really cares for the animals. I would recommend visiting during feeding time... More

This attraction is surprisingly well maintained and a must do for cloudy days. It is a big parc about Monkeys and snakes. Very well maintained and visited by schools. Cheap entrance fee (20 rand) for a few hours fun. Watch the signs as the parc is not well indicated: on the Mondeorroad parallel of the N2 to Gordons bay

I will surely go again. We would like a booklet of Monkey town so that the kids can take it to school and show the other kids and teacher.

Walk park/ tour is very short, the tour guide Alan was very funny, informative and loud :) the kids enjoyed the play area. pity one has to paid extra, since one can not bring in your own food on the premises, there were... Good day Thank you very much for taking the time to review our establishment, we really appreciate it. Our guided public tour starts at 12h00 daily and ends at 13h15 and includes two public feedings - most visitors feel that this is long enough, otherwise their children loose interest. But we would kindly like to mention that our entrance rates... More

My mom and I had such a wonderful day at Monkey Town. The staff are exceptionally friendly and do such incredible work, rescuing and looking after these stunning animals. I am a vet student and I was very impressed with the standard of care and environmental enrichment.

The guided tour through the monkeys’ enclosure was absolutely the best! We learned so much and it was a great experience. We also did a walk through at the reptile garden but here they can make more of an effort to tell the guests more about the reptiles like they do with the monkeys but we loved taking photos with... We had an awesome time at Monkey Town, the children loved the interactive group tour. We had such a wonderful tour guide who was so cheerful and informative. He really made it fun. The guided tour was excellent and educational. The guide himself was brilliant, keeping young and old informed and entertained. The facilities were immaculate and the staff incredibly helpful and extremely nice. A day well enjoyed and money well spent.
