Wonderful to visit this Reserve again. Walk, hike or run - views of the Helderberg are amazing. Great for kids to run around and play.

We visited Helderberg Nature Reserve twice in a short period. Once for a concert with Valiant Swart, the other for a picnic with friends. Both we enjoyed a lot. The reserve is clean and well taken care of

lovely setting had a family photoshoot there. lovely to walk in and have a picnic. very calming setting and beautiful mountains. Gift shop/hiking trials/picnic spots/ wildlife/faua & flora - just stunning

To watch the clouds come over the mountains on a regular basis and look at the majestic mountains in the sunset is a real treat for the eyes . Often in summertime they have concerts and other events well worth the drive . Love this...More

They co-exist quite well, and are mutually beneficial! You do not have to use the restaurant if you do want to take your own picnic
