Had a great day diving with these guys Nusa Penida unfortunately the visibility was too poor for Manta Point which they fully explained but we still had 3 great dives and Helen was excellent from start to finish looking after us and especially snorkeling with my disabled partner 5 stars for Adventure Diving they will give you an excellent time diving or snorkeling highly recommended would definitely dive with them again

My wife and I joined Adventure Scuba Diving for a one day/three dive trip to Nusa Penida. Coordination with Adam via phone call and WhatsApp several days prior was very easy and informative. We are advanced / open water certified, with experience shore/boat/drift diving typically in tropical conditions. The GOOD: Manta Point was amazing, the diving staff were all very accommodating and our guide “Boss” very friendly and helpful, dive briefings sufficed given the simple nature of our dive plans. English speaking skills aren’t of much use underwater so we gave up on worrying about finding English-natives. Boss was super positive and great at searching for exciting finds below the surface. Dive equipment was neither brand new/top notch nor ragged—safe, reliable, and regularly used is totally fine with us, just be ready for metric (bar/meters). The NotForUs: We are used to the expedited nature of boat diving and hustle/bustle in coordinating multiple diving groups, BUT the full-service handling by the boat crew was unexpected and was not suited for us. For some it may be nice to leave the equipment prep and predive checks to the crew, but we are used to being more independent—doing our own setup and our own rehearsed set of predive buddy checks. Note—once the crew understood we wished to handle setup/equipment checks on our own they were fine with that. If such is your preference as well—speak up! The BAD: The boat ride, there and back, was challenging. No one got sick—credit here to the diving staff for the anti nausea supplements they handed out before climbing aboard—but the combination of turbulent seas and heavy handed boat driving made for a harrowing ride. When they told us that surf conditions get worse, we did not want to imagine what that would be like! Overall, awesome dive trip, great scuba team, incredible marine life—we definitely recommend this dive operation and the Nusa Penida trip to Manta Point/surrounding sites, but be prepared for long day out on a boat and caution to those prone to seasickness! Thanks to Boss and Adventure Scuba Diving for an unforgettable dive trip!

I did my PADI open water course with Adventure. From day 1, they were amazing to work with - they were extremely responsive to my questions over both email and whatsapp, and were clear about the PADI prework that was sent to me (on a side note - make sure to leave pleeeenty of time for this!!) I had a cold when I landed in Seminyak and so had to postpone my diving - the team were very understanding in helping me reschedule in order to allow my ear to clear. Stefan ended up being my instructor for the course - he was AWESOME to work with! His laidback yet professional style put me at ease (I was very nervous), and he was extremely encouraging throughout. Unfortunately, some of the dive sites in Bali were closing up due to Coronavirus precautions so we did all of our open water dives at Tulamben, but Stefan nonetheless made each dive exciting and so much fun. I am THRILLED I chose Adventure to do my PADI with - having been so nervous just a week ago, I cannot believe I am now a certified open water diver! One tiny feedback would be that it would be awesome if the instructors could take a camera with them as standard to take a picture or two of each student underwater as a momento, but otherwise can't fault them at all - cannot recommend highly enough!

I came across ADSB when looking for a trip to Manta Point. Adam and Claire were very responsive on WhatsApp, and promptly helped me to book a day trip that included three dives. Pickup from the hotel was smooth - we left at 640am and returned by 430pm, diving at three different sites. Our dive masters Stefan and Philippe were super professional and made sure everyone was comfortable, including providing not only refreshments but Dramamine if required. All refreshments were included, and tasty. The dive plan was well thought through between sites to maximize bottom time and fun. Highly recommended!

Being used to diving in the gentle waters of the Turks and Caicos I was nervous about diving at Nusa Penida. Helen and Ras were great at talking me through what to expect and putting me at ease. We dove Crystal Bay, saw turtles, an octopus, a frogfish, moray eels and manta shrimp. This was followed by Manta Point where we saw a constant stream of manta rays for the duration of the dive, an unforgettable and magical experience. Thanks to Helen and Ras for a great day.
