Fantastic bike and service!

2nd time we rented a bike with this company and once again very happy with the quality of the bike and the excellent service of Motor Adventure Bali. This time we got the Kawasaki Versys X-250. Bike performed incredibly well during our adventures on Flores and Sumba and was very comfortable for two Dutch (tall) people. Along with 20 kg’s of luggage the bike could easily handle the sometimes steep mountain roads on both islands and remained very stable when traveling faster. Unfortunately we couldn’t manege to get the boat back from Sumba (to Flores) as the ferry got canceled, so we had to fly back to Flores leaving the bike behind. The team was incredibly helpful in getting the bike back to Flores, which I’m very thankful for and shows the great service Motor Adventure Bali is providing. I will definitely rent from them again once I set foot in Indonesia again, sometime soon hopefully.

I'd like to think I'm pretty experienced rider... I had a 3 day layover in Bali while on UK to NZ route, so thought let's get a dirt bike for that. I previously bought a dirt bike tour into Kintamani volcano with other company, so remembered some of the routes and attempted to do this myself now... just renting a bike. Paid about 180k IDR for taxi from the airport to get here. I got the CRF 150 (to keep the cost down) & it was decent enough. Slight lack of power when riding off road, but fun regardless. I very much enjoyed having the phone holder that's also charging your phone. Got a little funny helmet, but I chose not to pay extra for off road one, my fault. Thought that bag pack rack and straps were excellent too. There was a slight issue when returning the bike - shop was closed as they had an event going on - I had to return at that point as was flying out straight after (since I filled in online form, you guys possibly shouldn't have allowed me to book such dates / times, since you must have known you'll have an event on the day I had to return). Saying that, after some discussion, staff member opened the shop / waited just for me & all was sorted. Even got me 50k taxi to the airport. So little bits where things could be slightly better, but that's no major complaint & I would be more than happy to return.

Was recommended through a friend who had previously hired from. Really friendly staff, with added extra’s ie top box phone holder although inquired twice via website and phoned twice with no reply. Due to COVID 19 our trip was cut short by a week and with nothing on rental statement regarding natural disasters etc disappointing that we never received any refund on bikes considering losing out on hotel costs and rearranging flights! Angers me that greedy people take advantage of people’s misfortune, however the owner is German!! Jetstar did refund us with flight vouchers which was surprising, and my mate received some refund for bike being due a service and unroadworthy brakes!!! Would advise not going here considering bikes being poorly maintained and lack of good grace!!

Thanks for your complain! currently we work with each customer to handle early return and cancealtions, we spend vouchers for future rental. From your side I didn´t received any email !! As your wrote your friend got already a refund, he contacted us. Please let us know your name and send an email with your case. btw, on our website you can find our terms and conditions please read and understand it! According Covid-19 we have speacial agrrements with all customers.

I rented a bike for 10 days and had a perfect experience - highly recommendable. Bike was in great condition. Rental process (including pick-up service) was super easy. Very nice, relaxed and competent crew.

Don't answer the phone, not a lot of option to rent. No weekly price for scooter

Waste of life! As I told you already was the staff with this mobile riding a Bike and couldn´t reply. Normal people use one of the many other phone numbers and for sure they can reach us! Do not blame us about the rental options. We have 9 Motorcycle Modell as puplished on our Website. This day was all Models available and in front of our office. People with eyes in the head can see that. Or maybe you visit the wriong Company? Don´t expect something what we don´t offer! Weekly price is available for varius Models. At the end if I see your account with nearly 90% 1* rating looks like you are one of this persons who onyl love to make trouble. My sincere condolences. A hearty Biker greetuing!

Fantastic 15 Day hire

We did a one way hire of 6 bikes. Delivered to Lombok and dropped off in Flores. 15 fantastic days of winding coastal and mountain roads.
Arranged it all in Australia, the low km bikes we are all delivered in perfect well-maintained condition, paperwork was all done throughly and drop off was hassle free.
Chris, If you read this I would like to thank you for running such a professional organisation, I would have given you six stars if I was able to. Cheers Jim

Professional handling, and the bike is well-maintained. Also this rental is very trust to customers. We don't need to give any kind of guarantee. Just give deposit and DP 30%, you can get the bike with you. Of course I will rent again next time!

Bali natural world heritage tour (scooters)

Very professional company l hired a Nmax
For my wife and I as our friends don’t have bike license we asked them to see if they could go as pillions they agreed and we had 2 tour guides that they were able to go behind on. ( they also had personal bike insurance with their travel insurance)
Our 2 guides were Ebar & Jack. I cannot fault either of them Ebar has an extensive knowledge of temples and workings of the area.
Tanah Lot the temples on the sea on to a brick making, the world heritage rice terraces which just blew me away. Riding around a lake on the way to water falls monkeys are lining the road a sight to see.
This tour is one of the best highlights of our trip.
