Did my wreck specialty course with Paul, good instructor we had lots of fun!All other staff of the dive shop really helpful as well.Definitely would go with mangos again if I were to go back to subic bay.

Yes we do. We use Paypal as our credit card payment gateway and Paypal takes Discover, Visa, MC and Am. Exp. Also, you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.
