The Location between the dividing rivers is simply outstanding. The Dzong is among the most beautiful we had seen in Bhutan. The Beauty of the Wood carvings and paintings is of another world.

Dzong by the river for introduction to Dzong architecture complete with large Bodi tree in central courtyard. And several wild bee hives. Well worth the visit. (Next morning was fantastic fog filled valley view from hilltop hotel Zhingkham Resort!!)
