Do the cave loop trail first as it's the easier of the two trails in the park. Absolutely stunning trails.

Great fun! Be sure to bring water and enjoy the climbing around! Textures and the shape of the rocks are beautiful! Shard to believe a volcano did all this!

This is the crown jewel of Kasha Katuwe. If you are fit enough you should do it. I'm in good shape for 72 and felt it was moderate. There are a few place where you will need all fours. Bring water.

Must do if you are in the area and can physically do this. Views are amazing, love the slot canyon part and the view from the top is hard to top.

Great place for a slot canyon walk. Good for any age. Go early in the day. It gets crowded in the afternoon

Great hike through slot canyons and up to a plateau for an awesome view. The last bit is a little steep but manageable. My 5 year old nephew made it to the top!

This is the most challenging hike at Tent Rocks National Park, but there were a lot of young and 70+ people doing it. Beautiful rock formations and the view from the top was very rewarding. A must do!

We made this hike in just under two hours including stops for pictures and going all the way to the end past the peak. On a Saturday afternoon with several other hikers out, that's saying something. So just know it's doable if you're fit and well-prepared. We did see several people struggling in sandals and I think even tennis shoes... More
