Next time in Gallup, this is the first place I will go shopping. Quiet, unassuming man that gave us fair deals, We would have loved to spend more time visiting with him. I regret not buying more and some of his books! I believe a totally honest and knowledgeable man. Thanks Bill!

Yesterday we made a trip to Gallup to pick up a rug that Bill had sent out to be repaired. He had been hunting when we were in Gallup a couple of weeks ago so we couldn't see him then. You cannot spend any amount of time with Bill without learning from him about rugs, traders, Native American artist and... More

After reading the previous reviews, we were excited about visiting Malone's. Unfortunately we stopped by Richardson's first, and Malone's pales in comparison in terms of the size of the merchandise offering. We didn't have an opportunity to engage here at all here as there were other customers who were heavily in conversation with the store's management. Disappointing.

When you stop in Gallop it is always a stop that we do. Bill is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable people there is when it comes to Native cultures and Trading Post facts. His shop has a great selection of Native jewelry, painting, pottery, and kachinas. And Bill can tell you who the artist is along with other knowledgeable... More

I bought bracelets, earrings, and a bolo from Bill and really enjoyed talking with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I'm happy with the price and quality of my purchases. I highly recommend a stop in his store if you're in Gallup.

Mr. Malone's store is lovely, and he is extremely knowledgeable. Gave us background on how Navajo rugs and blankets were made in the early 1900s as compared to today. He was very patient with all of our silly questions.

I wouldn't have stopped here if I hadn't seen it on Trip Advisor. This is not geared to tourist and is one block off historical Route 66. Mr. Malone is extremely knowledgable and kind. The prices were extremely reasonable for handmade turquoise jewelry with some rings as low as $15. Don't be afraid to ask Mr. Malone about the jewelry... More

I have not dealt with Bill in this new location, but I'm sure he is still his same old self despite what the National Parks Department did to him. Bill was just opening this shop when I was last in Gallup and I was most disappointed that I was not able to attend. Bill has been one of the most... More
