    4-Wheel Drive

    The trail was alittle more than a medium trail.In several spots the trail was ruff and uneven.( we even encountered lots of water).Much to our surprise, we reached Goose Lake, it was so totally worth the trip.Beautiful and very scenic.

    Fun

    The trail is rough. I would not recommend taking a regular 4x4 pickup. It takes approximately on hour each way in a Razor. We will always ride this trail when in the area.

    I would not feel comfortable going up in a 2500 ram pickup. The road is too narrow and getting more narrow. If you met another vehicle it could be very dangerous. We have gone up in a Jeep Wrangler the last 3 years. The... More

    Unlikely. Goose is pretty rough. You can rent a variety of 4x4 vehicles in town, or take a jeep tour. Goose is beautiful, and worth the rental fees.
