Be prepared for some leg work. This is a moderate climb up to the lake. Worth every bit of it. You follow a nice mountain stream most of the way and significant switchbacks help with steep grade. Take a lunch and enjoy.

This is a decent hike up switch backs to a beautiful mountain lake. Be sure to bring a lunch and plan to stay for a bit. Beautiful and peaceful with a good chance of viewing wildlife.

Hiked up with the family and enjoyed the wide path and the fall foliage. Passed some mountain bikers and horse back riders.

The hike goes up a simple grade and the trail is very wide to allow people to hike as a group. The lake is beautiful and very peaceful.

This is probably my favorite hike. Although it isn't all that long in distance, it isn't easy either. Not a good hike for people out of shape. Each time I go up I am more and more in awe of the scenery, especially at the...More
