I wouldn't necessarily go here primarily for the food. It's the standard waterside fare. Hamburgers, fish, sandwiches. But the atmosphere is amazing. It is on Lake Chatauqua with seating right on the deck. That alone is the drawing point. Boats dock right there, so you can watch them, while you eat. Then you can see where they used to have... First time to this place as we are new to Lake Chautauqua. We liked that there was boat service so that we could eat on the water (as many were doing). However the kids that helped dock the boat were the nicest. Everyone else (especially our server) was crabby and rude. We ordered chicken fingers and fries and got literally... More

Village Casino has been a Bemus Point Hot Spot for more than 75 Years. In the forties it was on the Big Band Circuit showcasing bands like Benny Goodman, Guy Lombardo, Artie Shaw, Louis Armstrong... Today it is more known for its great salads and burgers and casual food and its superb location on Chautauqua Lake. Sit on the large... More

Really cool old restureant. Upstairs you can see the original staircase and dance floor where many famous people have been. Lucille Ball, Frank Sinatra, Ozzie and Harriet, and so many more... Good food and very fun stop for boaters.

my son has a boat and loves to come here to eat or just hang out and have a drink. meanwhile, their children who are under 11 are able to fish off the dock and they love it here. you can be served either in your boat, inside or outside. the food is okay but the facilities and view are... More

The food at the Village Casio is outstanding and the wait staff know their product very well and are friendly. I am amazed at how fast the kitchen can get so much food out & have it correct. We go there many times during the summer I would have given 5 "dots" but I have only one complaint. They have... More

Wonderful venue for casual lakeside dining. Unexpectedly historic place where some MAJOR singers and bands played in the 30s and 40s. Sadly the food is average to less than average. Service spotty. Tables left dirty.

Convenient to floating stage. Reasonably priced. Docks to run in off boat and eat. Chicken wings are their specialty.

First off, this is NOT a gambling casino...Keep on Route 86 until the Salamanca exit for that. That being said, this is the Village Casino (building). It's historical and used to house famous bands such as the Glenn Miller Band. You can stop in and go upstairs to see the pictures. Upstairs is now a banquet hall...I believe it used... More

A friend of my husband suggested that we visit The Village Casino. There is no gambling but it is a restaurant with a rich history. The walls when you enter are covered with newspaper articles, photos and posters of everyone who appeared at The Casino. Frank Sinatra was there in the early 30s as a young singer, Benny Goodman, Cab... More
